Poor quality item, definitely not worth the money. Described and pictured as suitable for outdoor use but once damp the lights could not be turned off and the battery ran out in two days.
My bank queried the purchase & in light of these reviews also that the ‘unsubscribe’ link goes nowhere despite me emailing the company to unsubscribe and their email address is a dud, I have concerns they will access my payment details to take further monies. Nightmare scenario.

The Christmas topper I bought looked nothing like the one promoted in the company video. Lacking branches, height, and the twinkle lights are so dim. Truly disappointed!

I will add another negative review for Cedar and Ash regarding their spoon promotion they were doing on Facebook. I ordered and they told me it would be over 3 weeks before I got them so I asked to cancel. They told me I couldn't cancel since it was already processed but when it was shipped I could refuse the shipment. So 3 weeks later I start getting shipping notifications from a Chinese Shipping Company and then all of a sudden this morning I get a refund notice for part of my order, which ended up being the full amount. I then started checking up on them and have found all of these horrible reviews. Now I have to monitor my account to make sure they don't try and charge me this stupid membership fee that others are talking about. I highly recommend that you do not order from these folks.

SCAM. Charged my account $30 telling me I signed up for the premium subscription. I did NOT nor did I even make an account. They email me back the same email every time.

Ordered sweaters that have yet to arrive. They tried to charge my card $29.99 under a similar name, Ash and Hollow. My bank declined it and I have closed that account out.

Do not order!!! I ordered 3 spoons that I still haven't received and was then charged a 29.99 fee. After it was denied, another 29.99 fee showed up from a company with a similar name.

I wish there was a 0 star option. This company will steal your money. I purchased an item for Christmas, but it did not fit the pot that I bought it for. I tried to return it but they wanted to offer me 20% of my purchase price. When I replied back, no thank you I would like a full refund. No one ever returned my email. Do not waste your money.

We were charged $29.99 for a VIP membership (monthly). My husband did not realize that he committed to this when he placed his order. The company did cancel our membership but would not refund the $29.99 fee and I called within 3 days of being charged. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered this planter tree. It’s pathetic. Nothing like what I ordered. Wrong lights and a fraction of the size. Plus two weeks after the purchase, they tried to bill my credit card for something I didn’t buy and I had I had to cancel because they are known for fraud. Stay away. They are poison.

Fraudulent company. Do not buy from them. Double charged me. product quality was horrible. Will not answer phone calls. Gave fake phone number to bank. Product shipped by a unknown shipper and no info for returning the product. Bad experience

Same as other complaints. A huge scam! I ordered one should have been $19.99, my bad I didn't see the toal charged until later. Ordered another thinking I had ordered 2 to begin with. The first showed up...it is so tiny, is NOT prelit and looks absolutely n othing like the pictures. Also, along with others wish I could give a - stars..sucha a scam.

Negative 1 Star —-This just happened to me. Ordered a large lighted Christmas bow … received a piece of junk all smashed up into a small box; unable to shape properly and get the folds out. Researching and seeing a $29.99 subscription charge which was never disclosed. Disputed with 3 different companies … ordered from CedarAndAsh; charged on credit card are from Oak and Cedars and Ash and Hollows. Disgusting waste of time.

Not only that but the company then tried to take further money out twice luckily Amex stopped the transaction

Fraudulent company!! Stay away! Cheap, useless merchandise and then they use your account info to make fraudulent charges!! Had to close account because of them!!
