By FAR the least stressful part of a stressful day. Had to move mum to a new carehome. CareSafeMobility vehicle arrived exactly on time and was so helpful, patient and friendly. I'm so grateful!

The service was excellent. Keshob arrived in good time and was really polite and helpful. Our very elderly aunt was nervous about being transported in her wheelchair but everything went very smoothly, and I would certainly recommend your service to others. An extremely professional job. Thank you.

It took the pressure off us. The driver was very careful, caring and friendly. We would definitely use the company again. He helped get Mum out of bed and into the wheelchair, down the steps using a ramp and secured the wheelchair and Mum into the vehicle. I was able to travel with her. He waited at the private hospital and did the return journey home putting Mum back into bed. His name is Ekbal Hossen .

Very punctual pick up by Ekbal and Amjed. They were extremely polite and thoughtful and my husband felt very safe and secure during his transfer down our front steps and into the ambulance. A small but comfortable ambulance and it accommodated all his mobility equipment and suitcases. The staff at the care home were impressed by how punctual the ambulance was, both on arrival and return home after two weeks. Thank you for your kind consideration. I have no hesitation in recommending this ambulance service and will certainly hire them again.

I recently had a very rigorous Surgery and was nervous to go down stairs and transfer to my home after staying with a friend. Murad and Jabed were absolutely fantastic, so courteous, calm, and I felt so completely safe with their technique of transferring me down tricky stairs, onto the ambulance and again the other end, with many stairs and big steps at my entrance to the property.
Saw me safely to my room and saw I was capable of reaching my bed.
I absolutely recommend anyone who needs a transfer home after any surgery, they took away any anxiety.
The agent also when I enquired was very helpful, calm and explained everything so well.

After being let down at 4pm the day before our trip to Starlight Express and within a few minutes of them closing for the evening they kindly arranged without any problem at all a Mobility car to take both my parents to the show.
On the day I had a call from Murad Ahmed to say that he was on his way he arrived 10mins early and seen as it was my parents first trip out in a mobility car Murad Ahmed put me and my parents at ease straight away. He was so kind and went above and beyond and nothing was to much trouble. In the 1hour and 30mins journey my parents said that Murad was so lovely and always checking that they were both ok.
Once the show had finished I phoned Murad and again without any trouble and ease he was there to pick them up and drive them home safely.
As a family we can’t thank Murad Ahmed enough for making the day extra special and fuss free for us all.
We will definitely use Murad Ahmed and this company again.

Care Safe Mobility has given us peace of mind. They have escorted and kept our birthday celebrant safe and comfortable, from picking her up from her residence to the venue and back. The celebrant has MSA and would need a lot of help, support and patience…and that is what we were served. Aside from being helpful they too were on time. Recommendable👌 Excellent service!

Communication was great from initial enquiry to confirmed booking stage. Once a booking had been made, a confirmation email and reminder phone call provided reassurance. On the day, Murad and Javed turned up early and were friendly, polite, professional and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to other people
