We booked Caresafe for a transfer of an elderly resident from one care home to another within the borough of Bromley. The driver and carer arrived 20 minutes early which helped smooth through the transfer. Murad and Jabed were very helpful. We discussed the transfer and they were flexible and helpful. They were only booked the transfer from ground floor to ground floor, but with the help of staff at both care homes, were happy to use lifts in both places to make the transfer a confortable experience. They were polite helpful and efficient. Thank you for excellent service.

I had a very polite and helpful driver named Murad. He was extremely patient with our delayed pick up, with great communication and professionalism at all times. He took very good care of my grandmother, including very safe driving, and showed genuine concern for her wellbeing.

Absolutely brilliant service received by this company. The driver was so helpful to my father getting from his old home to his new. I don't think he could have done his move without them.

This is such a great company.. I contacted them sometime ago to arrange for my dad to move him from upstairs to downstairs.... The company was so kind, caring and maintained an exceptional service.
I spoke and received many messages from Mustak who was really went out if his way to help me.

On the day of the move we were so nervous, we had Murad and naij who came who again put us at ease and were gentle, kind and caring not only to my father but us too..... There were very professional and extremely empathetic to our needs... We would not hesitate in using them again. After they put my dad on the chair as we requested he then needed him moved to the bed and as they were outside we asked them to help us which they did without hesitation. Such a lovely bunch of people providing exceptional service.... Honestly we were bloen away by their professionalism, kindness and consideration

Excellent service. They helped, the patient out of bed and into a carry chair, and navigated downstairs. The guys were soo careful, taking every step extremely carefully. They then transferred the patient into a wheelchair and put him, very carefully into the ambulance. They drove extremely carefully to the care home and made sure he was ok, for the whole journey. Once arriving at the care home they carefully transferred him into his room.

Today a 3 man team (Ekbal, Jabed and Niaj) moved my immobile, bedridden sister-in-law from her basement flat, with concrete external stairs, to the hospital for an appointment. They were caring, experienced and friendly and managed the difficult transfer from the bed to a carry chair to a stretcher, and the same again in reverse on the way back, with professionalism and encouragement to their terrified patient. They worked very well as a team and I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them.

Care Safe Mobility, Ekbal and Jabed transferred my father to a care home this morning. The whole experience from booking the ambulance yesterday to the way the transfer was undertaken this morning was a great experience. The team were thorough, flexible and caring in the way the approached the move.

Booked Care Safe Mobility to help with the transport of my mother from respite care back to her home. Javed and Murad turned up exactly on time and treated my mum with great care , checking in all the way with her too. Will definitely use this company again as service was excellent.

I used this service to get my dad safely from Heathrow to North London after he had an accident abroad. I wasn't with my father but they kept me up to date and informed about their process and the trip went without any hitches.
