Absolute care taking my mother in law home. Efficient service. Driver explained safety awareness and took my mothers well being as the upmost importance.

Transferring a 93 year old relative from their home to a care home , was made a lot easier with the help & compassion of our driver .
Would definitely recommend this company.

I appreciated that Care Safe called yesterday to reconfirm all the details for today's journey. And today, Amjed arrived early and treated my very elderly mother with care and consideration. The vehicle was perfect for safe wheelchair transport, with drinking water, blankets etc on board too. We arrived at our destination in good time and Amjed to care to take my mother to her destination and to wish her well. Would definitely book with Care Safe again if we need further wheelchair transport.

Easy to follow booking form,called back within minutes and few follow up questions about any special needs i may have and that's it.
Transport arrived early which was great for me as I was ready ,the driver in formed me he was ready when I was to go no rush was needed.
We arrived at my destination with ease and extreme care was taken at all times.

When my son’s WAV was out of action, I was worried about how to get him to his hospital appointment. I found Care Safe, from the online form, to speaking with Monjur, and then Ahmed our driver, it was such an easy process. It made a stressful situation, less so. Ahmed was prompt, helpful and friendly.

I found Amjed very helpful and considerate on both trips. He used a larger vehicle on the return trip to improve the comfort of the journey for my mother and I. He also found a way to allow my mother to leave our home in her wheelchair via a rear exit so she did not have to descend the steps at the front of the property which she is finding it increasingly difficult to do due to her poor mobility.

Good communication and quick to respond with a quote. Took care to get all the details. The actual pick up was fine. Ekbal was friendly and helpful and drove smoothly through London rush hour traffic. The vehicle was well equipped with a wheelchair though I didn’t feel I needed it on the day. The inside of the vehicle could have been a little tidier and freshened up with proper aircon.

Helped my Dad move between care homes. Dad was very happy with the staff who helped him and the new care home staff commented how lovely they were. The booking went smoothly and the lady in the office kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend.

I had to arrange transport for my Father to leave his care home & return home.In the last few months he has only been in an ambulance & we didn’t know what level of care he would need. It was simple to book , they arrived on time & were extremely helpful,providing ramps to enter the house in wheelchair.

Came in good time and waited over the hour I had booked at a very reasonable rate. Ahmed the driver took me all the way inside to my sofa, after a very painful operation to my knee.

At the end of Feb 2025 I contacted Care Safe to transport my uncle between care homes, a distance of 40 miles approx. Communication was excellent following initial phone conversation by email and they phoned the day before date of travel to remind / check on my uncles health & arrangements. The driver of the ambulance (which was an adapted ramp access converted people carrier type vehicle with ambulance markings ) arrived in good time 30mins ahead of scheduled time and this was very useful as it allowed plenty of time to collect my uncle and wheel him out and secure him in the vehicle, with additional seat and wheel chair straps ; the driver followed my car on the motorway to the new care home. On arrival, the driver wheeled my uncle into his new care home to his room, without any issues, and was helpful and courteous at all times. Care Safe provided the wheel chair ( on request). The price quoted £180 seemed a fair and competitive price for the journey. Based on my experience I would recommend this company to those seeking care home transportation.

Our driver was so caring, professional and considerate. He was very gentle and made my mum feel safe on her first outing in the wheel chair. We were all extremely pleased with the experience. This could have been quite a stressful event but it was seamlessly stress free. Will use them again when we next need transportation. Thank you to the team.
