Had a great, fast, efficient and courteous experience with Capital Appliance Repair Service. Pretty simple. I called. They showed up within hours and the next day; my stove was back up and running. Our technician (Ilya) made himelf availabe during during Easter weekend. He was very understanding and made the process seamless! Should I have any issues with pther appliances (knock on wood; I don't) I will FOR SURE call/recommend Capital Appliance Repair!

Prompt polite and told me exactly what was wrong with my dishwasher and even recommended Brands as it was cheaper to purchase a new dishwasher then repair my old one. If I ever need a appliance repair again will be calling them. Cheapest service call price in town. $60 for service call and this is waved if you repair your appliance.

We required a service call to review some issues with our condo style washer/dryer. Ilya arrived promptly and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had one issue after another in a new home, and calling up Capital was one of the wisest moves I have ever done to alleviate our "sufferings ", so to speak. Appointment was set right away, parts ordered and installed within two business days. They were wise to have sent two very capable young men to fix a stacked on washer model. No scraping or dirtying floors, etc. They were very courteous to boot.

We have used this company three times in the last month to repair the appliances that came with our new home (new to us). The issues were varied, with a fridge ice maker not working, a dryer not heating, and a broken washing machine drain pump. Every service request was responded to promptly, with a service visit scheduled for the same day or next day. The service personnel were professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. For every issue, they recommended the most cost effective option and waive their service visit fee if you hire them for the repair. The repairs have all be quick and easy and completely resolved our issues for a very reasonable price.

Contacted them to fix my washing machine (Kenmore). Fast, friendly, courteous service. Very professional. I would definitely recommend!!

Prompt and professional service. The Technician was very thorough, examined all parts of our dryer, confirmed the heating coil would need replacing, explained the cost and did not pressure to fix or buy new dryer. Made another appointment to have it fixed and the same Technician came and was just as professional. Cost was reasonable.

Capital Appliance Repair had a technician visit my house within 1 business day of my calling in to have my dryer's power cord replaced. The only significant delay in completing the repair was waiting for a part that had to be ordered and shipped from Toronto.

The technician was polite, to-the-point, and professional, and pricing was very reasonable.

My only suggestion for improvement would be as follows: although I called in with a specific, known problem with the dryer, it would have been soothing to know that the technician reviewed the other dryer components and determined they were all still in good working order. I don't really recall the technician doing that - not to say he didn't, only that I don't recall him discussing it with me.

A great company to deal with . Very polite , the technician knew the problem after inspection and fixed the problem. We will be using them again for our appliance repairs .
