We had a tricky problem with our dishwasher and the first visit did not find the problem. Wanting to satisfy the customer . They called in their senior technician who spent a few hours to diagnose the issue. the technician was extremely knowledgeable about appliances and brought up issues and fixes which he learned from the past. Talk about a guy (Mike) and his coworker who demonstrated passion for what they do !
I’ve never had service to this level of expertise!
And the charge was extremely reasonable considering the time and effort!

Great service...was kept up to date and informed every step of the way and technician called and was prompt. Pleasant experience and appliance problem diagnosed and fixed. Would highly recommend.

I feel confident this company will serve you well. They do what they say they will do. I had two recent visits. One for my stove and one for my clothes washer.

I noticed the first technician even removed a covering of his shoes when he entered and it wasn't even raining outside. As my stove needed a new part he did such a great job of a "temporary" repair that I do not even have to have the repair done. He disconnected the wires to the problem burner and covered them with electrical tape for protection. I can live with the remaining three burners. He also tightened up some screws on my loose clothes washer door.

The technician for the washer who arrived later with the needed part handled the job very well and put back the sliding door in front of the clothes washer for me that I had removed.

Both technicians were very competent and courteous. A pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company.

I found the gentleman who repaired my fridge very informative. He went over how to care for my fridge so I would avoid more repairs in the near future. I felt he was trustworthy and the experience with the phone personel was pleasant as well.

I was super disappointed with their services. We had our dryer heating element replaced May 2021. By July 2022, it was broken again. I asked them to come take another look, and ReparationFlash refused to even reduce the price of the estimate as the element was 2 months out of warranty. Clearly something was missed in the first estimate or the part was faulty. Would NOT recommend them for long-term fixes.

The Flash repairman arrived on time, and he was knowledgeable, professional, and nice. He identified the problem right away, and he had the replacement piece with him, installed it quickly, and tested the machine afterwards. Before he left, he told me of another potential problem, and assured me that his work is guaranteed for one year. I highly recommend Flash Reparation.

I hired flash repair to install 2 range hoods. they arrived on time and were very polite. Jason and Sam did a great job installing the hoods. They were clean and effecent. Being a little handicapped Jason couldn`t do enough to help me out. I would hire this company again for a job.

This is the second time I’ve used them for appliance repairs. They checked out my dishwasher and ordered the part that was needed and it was fixed properly. I’m very satisfied with its their work.

Flash Repair was easy to book, and when they arrived they got right to work, quickly identified the issue and readily presented the options for repair. The technician was straight forward and frank, even explaining that we may be better off replacing the machine given it's age.

Would definitely work with them again.
