The technician came very quickly, performed a thorough assessment, and gave us a reasonable explanation about the problem. We ended up not following his advice, for unforeseen reasons. But were very pleased with his professionalism. We felt we could trust him, which unfortunately is not always the case with appliances technicians.

Fast, polite, efficient service! The stove wasn't working, in a weird way (when some burner lights came on after twisting the dials, the main screen would engage, but no heat got to the elements; and when they were turned off again, all power to it would cease too). Their service tech arrived, checked the fuse box in the basement, checked the burner elements, et voila! Working perfectly again, no song and dance, very honest, only paid for the service call! I will definitely recommend these guys and their excellent tech, Artur, again!

Called the company saying I was having issues with my washer not working and making noise. Technician came to my place, looked at it for 10 min, clipped something back and I was charged $100. Total time spent in my unit for service did not exceed 15 minutes, no parts were changed but okay, I paid and did not say anything.

The next day I tried doing laundry and the washer kept stopping mid-way through cycle (it had never done that before). I called the company and they told me this was a different issue and that I would have to pay again! I told them I had never had this issue before and that by paying the technician $100 I expected to have a functional washing machine but they told us it was not their problem and that if I wanted the technician to come fix it I would have to pay out of pocket again!!

Horrible customer service, overpaid and I am still left with a non-working washing machine! Stay away! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Amazing service. The rep came to my home, based on my description of the problem he let me know an idea of how much things would cost based on what he may find. He quickly assessed the problem with my dishwasher and fixed it. He checked to make sure everything was cleaned up and before leaving he gave me tips on how to keep my machine working effectively. I would definitely use their service again.

I was very pleased with the prompt service. The serviceman knew his business very well. He was pleasant and explained all the work that he was going to perform and why.

A technician arrived within 24 hours of my initial contact with the office (though I had not flagged my call as urgent) and he spent an hour to provide a thorough diagnosis of the problem with our washer/dryer and a well-reasoned recommendation as to what we should do about it. Very impressed.

I would definitely recommend Capital Appliance Repair them and use them again. My only regret was not getting the technicians name to thank him personally.

My dryer broke at 6pm on a Sunday. I called Capital Appliance Repair and by 11am Monday morning it was fixed! Artur arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and was on his way within 20 minutes. Excellent, friendly, prompt service. A-1!

The technician came the the day I called. He was very nice and tried to fix the problem...our Miele dishwasher was not working.
He had to order a part which was expensive but we agreed it was worth fixing. When the part came in he came the next day and all is good. I would use this company again. Only problem is they do not stock parts so we had to wait two weeks.
