My order arrived late, but I was thankful customer service was able to help with tracking. When I received my order, I was worried about the packaging, but thankfully, no damage to the canvases.

Thieves & liars. They take your money but never supply product.
I placed an order with Canvas Champ on October 9, 2025, and paid for Express Delivery, which guaranteed delivery by October 17, 2025.
As of December 1, 2025, the order remains uncompleted and has not been shipped. This represents a significant deviation from the agreed-upon expedited delivery timeline.
A detailed timeline of my follow-up attempts and the company's responses is as follows:
• October 19, 2025 (Initial Contact via Live Chat): I was informed the company was "backlogged," but that my order would be processed "very soon."
• November 6, 2025 (Contact via Online Ticket): A representative stated the item was "in the final stages of the production phase" and had "communicated the urgency... to our production team and have requested that they expedite the finalization of your order immediately."
• November 24, 2025 (Contact via Live Chat): I requested immediate shipment. The representative responded, "I’ve already escalated this and requested that your order be prioritized for immediate shipment. I’m also pushing for the tracking number to be shared with you as soon as it’s generated."
• November 24, 2025 (Subsequent Online Ticket): The company attributed the delay to "an unexpected maintenance issue with the bobblehead production machine, and unfortunately, this affected several orders, including yours." They confirmed the matter had been escalated for expedited processing and shipment.
Despite multiple assurances that the order was being expedited and was near completion, the product has not been delivered, nor has a tracking number been provided. The repeated misrepresentation of the order status as being in the "final stages of production" constitutes a failure to uphold the terms of the sale and the paid-for expedited service.

I ran into small roadblocks in which I needed some clarification, and I ended up getting Irene as my rep. She was very kind and was able to quickly & clearly identify my issue and instruct me how to go about getting me what I needed.
I ended up having 4 different conversations for different questions and she was a pleasure to speak with every time! I'm very glad I got Irene as my rep. She made my experience with CanvasChamp a truly great one. Whenever you call into Customer Service, you hope to get someone like Irene.

I give a one star simply because there are no zero stars. campus champ is a zero star. One thing they are very good at is sounding very sincere every time they are contacted about a delinquent order. They are compelling enough to encourage you to keep waiting. If you wait long enough, they promise a product and or a refund after several months of hearing their promises I finally had to go through PayPal to force their refund. After opening the dispute in PayPal campus champ finally offered to give me a refund, but only if I dropped my dispute through PayPal first I did not drop the dispute and PayPal issued a refund. There’s no chance I would use campus champ again.

I was really happy with the product, appears better than I expected. I worried the item was fragile and could be damaged in shipping but it was really well-packaged as well.

Canvas Champ is a wonderful company! I ordered a bobblehead and they sent me the wrong item, which can happen. They went above and beyond to resolve it. Their customer support was exceptional! You get what you pay for
I felt compared to Google canvas prints this was a very cheap imitation. The frame was thinner wood, the color of the canvas was great, but the way the whole thing was put together and the cheap frame made me disappointed in the photos I received.

DON'T GET SCREWED LIKE ME!
BEWARE! They say $4.20 on front page and show you beautiful pics on the front page. I ordered a 10"x10" uploaded my pic, chose the border wrap for $16.00 more and got a 9" sheet hanging bewteen two pieces of CHEAP wood Ididn't EVEN ORDER. I paid for a 10x10canvas
print and received a size 9 x9". I measured it!
When I tried to get my money back they said they would send out correct order. Few days later they sent me email saying that I had received what I ordered!! Rude Customer Service too.
IT MAY SAY $4.20 BUT THEY STOLE
$68.00 AND STILL WON'T REFUND ME! .
DISGUSTED WITH CANVAS CHAMPS LEADING ME ON FOR DAYS (SO I WOULDN'T CALL MY BANK) SAYING I WAS GETTING WHAT I ORDERED only to find out I'm one of thousands! They're scammers. NO REFUND WAS EVER ISSUED.
