When ordering priority or other such…

When ordering priority or other such delivery options, I would strongly suggest following up with the company via chat or call features. Han and Bambi were absolute gems especially when I was feeling frazzled at how seemingly paying extra would only get me normal delivery. However a follow up and an expediting later I received my order on time as requested. Thanks again to Han and Bambi, also keep a look out for your image quality when doing customs puzzle option. Go for the highest possible resolutions.

Ordered a bobblehead with a delivery…

Ordered a bobblehead with a delivery date advertised at two weeks. Three months later, still nothing. Was told they're busy. AVOID!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I have had nothing but issues with my order. I place an order in October for Christmas. It said estimated delivery was November 7. On November 10, I chatted with their customer service who told me that was an estimated date and they had no idea when it would deliver. They said it escalated to production and the person I was speaking with said it should be in the next week. 10 Days later, I went on and spoke with someone again and the only response they could give me was that is an estimated date and they have escalated it to production. They have no idea how to track order status, they do not offer good support, and they have no idea when you can expect to receive your order. I have no idea if the quality is any good but if it is similar to their customer support then I have low expectations. I would highly find another site to order anything. Strongly encourage you to avoid this company. I have requested a refund and they are dodging that request as well.

UPDATE: I finally received the order, 30 days after the expected delivery date and only 1 week to now find an alternate gift. I received only part of the order, they look nothing like the photos submitted. One item had black hair which no one has. The box showed up with a horrible smell, one of the items had the base broken off already. This is one of the worst experiences and I highly encourage you to look elsewhere for your gifts.

The canvas was delivered early to my surprise and delivered right to my door, also a surprise. It was wonderful and when I unwrapped it, it was absolutely beautiful. I am so pleased I will be ordering again shortly

Don't believe shipping

Prints are of good quality and inexpensive, but paid a lot for express shipping because canvas champ website gave an exact date product would arrive. Instead, product arrived about 5 days later, threatening a customer relationship. Not acceptable. Canvas champ needs better transparency as to when shipped products will arrive.

Mistakes all over the canvas

I wish I could post photos for this review, but it looks like I can't. There are 9 printing errors on my canvas that look like white splotches that aren't a part of the original image. I'm really disappointed by what I got for the price I paid and for the claims that were made online about this service.
Four years ago I was able to buy a canvas of the same size with no mistakes for half the price I paid for this one with mistakes on it. I don't think this was worth the price. Inflation and shrinkflation is definitely unfortunately a thing with canvases these days.

Very professional product - Improvement needed

Very professional product. Only improvement needed is the placement /alignment of the hangars. I always have to measure and make adjustments to one side. This is not a difficult correction, though. Having your design team create templates for the various sizes for placement of the hangars, will easily take care of the issue. Every other aspect of the product is 5-stars!

Good Price Point

Price point these printed wood photos are perfect. We did expect something a little different, print directly on the wood, but rereading the description got what we ordered. Overall the communication was good and the shipment was received quickly.
