I was worried that my package wouldn't…

I was worried that my package wouldn't get here on time or that I would get scammed but nope! Everything was in a great condition the print on the mat was exactly what I uploaded they did an excellent job. Would recommend

The prints looked fine but arrived…

The prints looked fine but arrived curled and the boarder was red. When asked I assumed it would have been black.

Canvas Prints above expectations!

Just received my order of 11 canvas prints of all random sizes. The quality was beyond what I expected! Even the smaller file JPGs printed well. I opted for the HD printing and it was worth it. Much research went into choosing a vendor and no other site had the versatility of CanvasChamp for even close to the money.

I contacted customer service via chat about image size and resolution and it was handled quickly in terms I understood. It was even late on a Saturday night.

The package was wrapped like a game of tetris with pieces of styrofoam to keep the smaller prints from moving. The box was damaged but none of the prints.

I'm very excited for my new wall of prints and glad I chose CanvasChamp.

Final product is amazing and great

Final product is amazing and great. I did struggle with customer service and had frustrations in trying to use a emailed gift card on the site that took about two weeks to resolve. Overall, great product!

Phony tracking. No order. Dispute filed

UPDATE!!

Well, I just spoke with FedEx. Seems as if this company has shipped my order with a bulk shipment from India. Every single piece from this shipment has to be inspected and cleared before all items can be released. Evidently, there's an issue with the shipment and the company WAS NOTIFIED about missing documentation by customs.

I should not be subjected to this company's incompetence and failure to reply and respond to customs in order to have this bulk shipment released. I don't even understand why people's orders are shipping in such a way to be apprehended and held by customs in the first place. In fact, as the site fraudulently advertises itself as an American based company, I had no knowledge or understanding that my order would be coming from overseas and may experience such an issue.

I want my order or my money back.

Whomever needs to contact customs for the bulk shipment in which my order is included needs to do so. All the orders this company has shipped in this bulk l shipment being held by customs are being prevented from being delivered! Can't be good for business! Especially if people have ordered Christmas gifts!!!

I want this resolved. No one has done anything except apologize, which doesn't solve ANYTHING.

I've ordered from this company before and received quality prints in a timely manner. Unfortunately, my recent experience resulted in a costly order that was never fulfilled. I thought I was ordering from a company that prints and ships within the USA. This is not the case. My order appears to have been printed and processed in India, if the order was, in fact, fulfilled at all. I paid for express shipping, as I needed the prints for an event. The delivery date has come and gone. I've made several attempts to contact the company, and the only response I've received is an offer of a 20% refund. No way. I want my order or a refund. I've still not gotten another response. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have had to file a dispute with my bank to try to get my money back. I don't know why this has to happen, but it's unacceptable. My previous orders were delivered without incident and the quality of the product was quite good. It's too bad that they've gone ahead and not only not fulfilled my order, but provided fraudulent tracking info, and their customer service is abysmal.

BUYER BE WARNED!!!

First, on Sep. 24, 2025, I place an order for a bobble head of me and my wife together. Quickly, I was notified that the order was on the way. Then, I was notified it was delivered, though it wasn't. I inquired and was advised those notifications were in error. That should have been the 'lack of quality control" warning. In November I sent a few email inquiring the status. I was told it was in manufacturing and once done, would be on the way. Well, ultimately, it arrived early December. Of course on the website the photos submitted and the final product looked great, there was nice likeness; however, other that the actual pose and color (skin looks like a baby pinky rat), are decent, the likeness is is terrible. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!!

Not honest with timing of shipping

How in the world are you getting a 4.0 rating ? I made an order on Oct 24th and still have not received my product .I've chatted twice and emailed once .they just give the run around and tell me what I want to hear . WORST company I have ever dealt with

Amazing Service

We have been using CanvasChamp for several years - huge canvas prints for my husband’s office, graduation prints, prints for the kids’ bedrooms. Not only is their quality EXCEPTIONAL, but their customer service has been off the charts. We recently had an issue with one of the canvases and they responded the same day and offered to replace with no questions asked.
