Too risky

I never received a confirmation email. Nor did I receive tracking info until I spoke with someone via chat. Also the teeth of the two people in the image look distorted. Otherwise, it’s a nice canvas. However, I wouldn’t order from canvaschamp again because it’s too risky.

Sadly disappointed

I had high expectations of the photo quality
it being that I paid extra for Oil($39.99) and HD printing that is definitely not clear. Sadly I could’ve went to Walmart and gotten the same quality for half the price!! Only giving 2 start for it being delivered before Christmas…

They lie about their location and…

They lie about their location and tracking your order is almost impossible. Ordered from a 'UK' Company only to discover later that everything is based in India. Overpriced for the quality. Avoid

Amazed

Its exactly what I ordered and you can't to that the quality of the photo I used we poor. You made the photo ado much more clearer than I expected! Material of the pillow case is good quality and wasn't expecting the body pillow to be that big. Will definitely recommend you! LOVE IT!

The prints turned out great, though one slightly damaged.

The prints turned out great, except for the staple imprint that went through one of the canvas prints. The prints were really hard to unpackage, wrapped in thick layers of plastic and tape, all crammed inside one another. It would also be helpful if they let you know which delivery service that they used. I had to guess where my package was. I'm glad that they sent me a message saying that it was delivered, otherwise I never would have found it.

Failed Christmas Present still "In Production"

I placed an order with them on December 7th. When checking out, there were several options for delivery dates, including a "Free Shipping" option. The date listed was too close to Christmas so I went with the next option for it to be delivered by December 18th. Today is December 18. When I check my order status, it says "In Production".
I was concerned that it was still "In Production" on December 16th, so I messaged them on their chat box. Eva told me that the moon lamp that I ordered can take a while to produce and they were experiencing delays because of the volume of orders. She said she would reach out to the Production team and would email me with an update the next day. There was no email yesterday or today.
I messaged the chat box again on December 17th. Skye told me again that the moon lamps take a while to produce, but she could not give me an ETA, just that my order had been expedited and should ship soon. What is "soon"?!
Again, I check my order status right before writing this and it still says, "In Production".
Per their website, moon lamps are generally produced within 3 business days. I can understand there being a bit of a delay for Christmas, but it has been 8 business days and no one can tell me anything!
This is supposed to be a very special present for my niece for Christmas. It is a picture of my mom that passed away 5 1/2 years ago with the quote "I love you more..." on the back. My mom and my niece had plans to go on a road trip and lay out and watch the stars every night before my mom passed away. Those plans will never happen and now it seems this very special Christmas present won't happen either.

Canvases are affordable and picture…

Canvases are affordable and picture quality is better than I expected (I did not upgrade). I was also surprised at how quickly they arrived. Also very well packed, however, that did make them a little difficult to open, but better than being damaged.

Highly recommended

Not my first jigsaw order. Ordered 2 jigsaws, different number of pieces and both from photos of my grandchildren. They arrived today and exceeded my expectations. 21 piece suitable for my 4 year old and 120? pieces for my 6 year old grandchildren. I like the large pieces and the photo mat showing where pieces go helps the little ones. Colours are excellent.
