Numerous issues eventually resolved

I had a number of problems which were resolved eventually. I received the main items but not the fixings which were supposed to come with them. One of the items was different from the proof image from my order and not what I wanted. Both items (clocks) were covered in tiny fibre fragments which did not come from the packaging, which should have been wiped off before despatch. I raised a complaint and heard nothing - after posting a review I did get a very positive response from the customer service team - and a replacement was provided free of charge.

I think the print came too dark

I think the print came good, but a bit too dark. The photo I sent in was a lot lighter in the shading than the canvas came to me. Overall ok though.

Great product.

They sent me a damaged item, then lied

They sent me a damaged item. A framed portrait of my parents dog, who recently passed away. They assured me they would send a replacement. They never did and when I tried reaching out again and again, they ghosted me. Shady company with horrible customer service. Stay away.

I had a horrible experience with…

I had a horrible experience with CanvasChamp from start to finish. My order arrived with multiple manufacturing faults, including an incorrect shape, a missing hook, and overall poor quality that did not match what was ordered.

On top of this, I was unexpectedly charged customs fees, despite ordering from what I believed to be a UK company. This was never made clear at the time of purchase and added further frustration to an already bad experience.

Customer service was extremely poor throughout. Instead of taking responsibility, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed, the damage was described as “not significant,” and I was eventually offered only 20% compensation, which is completely unacceptable given the number of issues.

After so many problems, I completely lost confidence in the company and requested a full refund. The entire journey was stressful, time-consuming, and very disappointing.

I would not recommend CanvasChamp and will not be using this company again.

LOVE Canvas Champ!!

I've had Canvas Champ make me a few canvases and I have never been disappointed! They ship quickly and are so tightly, safely, and well packaged that there's no way a package from Canvas Champ could get damaged in shipping! In fact, it takes me about 15 minutes to get into my canvas after I receive it! :D The canvases are EXCEPTIONAL quality and are actually made with a hard cardboard rather than just canvas fabric. There are so many options for customizing your canvas - almost any size, any picture/photo, add text with many font options, border color, hanging hardware, etc. It's so much fun designing a canvas with Canvas Champ and I have been so pleased with every one they've made for me! They are excellent products - durable, sturdy, well-made, and beautiful! The service from Canvas Champ is wonderful and their prices are very reasonable I think! I would give them a 10-star rating if I could and I HIGHLY recommend Canvas Champ!!

It was frustrating that the delivery…

It was frustrating that the delivery could not be left at my home without a signature. It was delivered to a local pharmacy and I got no notification of that. I was waiting and waiting and finally the tracking showed it was inexplicably left at a Walgreens - someone was home all day that day and there was no attempt to get a signature for a home delivery.

The bobble head showed up damaged

The bobble head showed up damaged. One of the heads was obviously dropped and repaired poorly, as the cracks separated and now the head looks like it's five separate pieces. The figure in its entirety is tacky and sticky. After handling it you have to wash your hands to get whatever came off the figure off of your hands.

Pictures came out great

Pictures came out great! This ships from India. Missed the Fed Ex delivery 3x. Ended finding my envelope buried in a snow bank at the bottom of my 600ft driveway. Weird because Fed ex showed a picture of my door. Luckily it was well wrapped.

The canvas came with 3 of the 4 corners…

The canvas came with 3 of the 4 corners torn. The company says they will ship a replacement with reinforced corners. I was hoping to have the gift for Christmas, but now that’s not possible. Praying the new one comes in pristine condition. I’m happy that the company is responsive for this issue.
