Poor quality products

Poor quality products. Hung them up 3 months after they arrived as I had work commitments. A few months on the wall the backing started to peel off the sticky tape they used to hold the mounting plate revealing the wall… asked for a replacement, but was told warranty is only 3 months. The 99+ warranty offered is only on canvas… their defective work in only warrantied for 3 months from purchase

Missing bobble heads, poor quality, no refund.

Placed an order for 4 bobble heads 11/17/2025. several calls, tickets and emails. Finally received 1 bobble head the 3rd week of December. Quality was awful, my 6 year old could have done a better job. reached out, was advised that the other 3 remaining will ship soon as they were "busy". January 8th called and requested a refund as I still hadn't received the rest of the order. After some argument on their end I was told I would be refunded for the 3 missing bobble heads in 5-7 business days. It is now Jan 23rd. I've followed up twice, still no refund. Will be contacting paypal next.

I used canvaschamp for several years…

I used canvaschamp for several years but the lack of accountability and dismissive responses from customer service have caused me to part ways. They made an error on one of my orders and instead of giving me a full refund, which they agreed to, they only gave me a partial refund. I have never dealt with a company that does not value their customers or take responsibility for their mistakes like this one. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I IMPLORE YOU TO STAY AWAY. Use an alternative like Walgreens, staples, canvasdiscount.

Custom Size Canvas

I ordered a large canvas banner so that I could stretch the canvas over a custom frame. It worked well. The canvas is of sufficient strength to hold up to the stretching and stapling. The printed image was perfect.

If I could rate in the negative numbers…

If I could rate in the negative numbers I would! Ordered 6 bobbleheads on nov 12 with a delivery date of Nov 21.......they missed that! I recieved 1 on dec 15. I contacted them and all they did was send me the shipping confirmation as if they shipped everything. I submitted a claim through PayPal with the box size and weight proving I could have only recieved 1. On the very date that the claim was supposed to be closed.....a shipping confirmation was posted. On January 12 I recieved a package of 4 bobbleheads!! So my math tells me I only have recieved a total of 5 from the original order. These were not even painted the same as the first one. So after 2 months I have 5 of the 6 bobbleheads and they are painted differently even though they are of the same person and only one photo. I am currently in the process of trying to get the 6th bobblehead or my money. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Low-quality product and useless customer service

Low-quality product and useless customer service. The item was defective, and instead of fixing the issue, they made excuses and offered a pathetic 15% good will gesture, after already agreeing to process a full refund, but prolonged it hoping you’ll give up. Complete waste of time and money. Avoid this company. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Print arrived damaged

Print arrived damaged, also, it looks like the print was made to small, so they pasted a half inch to the print, but it doesn't line up to the main print, so pathetic. Also, the site makes you think it's a Canadien company, but that's not true, the print comes from India. When I complained about the print, I got no response from the company. Almost $100.00 out the window. Don't use these guys, never again.

REGRET AND DISAPPOINTMENT!!

I ordered 18 bobbleheads for my company Christmas gifts, the original time estimate was well before Christmas. It is now over a month late and they still will not give me a straight answer why 14/18 still are not here.

The four that were delivered were of embarrassing quality, it looked like a drunk second grader's art project that they made the night before the due date. They had warped faces, inconsistent textures, a cracked head, covered in sticky glue. They were so bad everyone thought it was hysterical how horribly they turned out. It'd all be funny if I hadn't just dropped a few hundred dollars on these dumpster fire creations.

CanvasChamp is shady as hell, instead of giving any timeline, they just give me the same "we'll let you know" line. Their customer service tries to dance around questions and just gives circular answers. Don't bother trying to contact a supervisor, the wait time they give is 2-3 hours, they're definitely hoping people will simply give up.

1/5 stars is one star too many. They should be embarrassed, but they're too busy collecting money for subpar products.

RUN!!!!

My calendar came damaged…

My calendar came damaged at the end rings. I can't flip the pages. Also one of the pictures is too dark to see anything.

I explained the situation to canvaschamp with an email and photos and they not only sent me a new one that came undamaged in good wrapping, but they also replaced the dark picture with a new one I sent later. Great customer service to make it right. Thank you!

Distorted pet piillow and no refund with complaint

I ordered custom pet pillows and they came out horrible. The image was cropped strangely and then the fabric cut too close to the photo of the pet and so with the padding they came out very distorted. Website said they would send a proof to review prior to manufacturing but that did not happen. Customer service was terrible. When complaint send in they only offered me a 20% refund after multiple attempts to contact them. Never buy this product
