Never again

I purchased neon sign from tem which has a three year warranty. Its suddenly stopped working with a crackling noise, i contacted them and they requested video proof which i have provided. After this tey have completely ignored all of my emails. Its very disappointing. I will Never will be using canvaschamp.

A product covered by a three-year warranty should absolutely be supported, especially if it has suddenly stopped working and is making a crackling noise. Hopefully, you’ll eventually get what you ordered

I can’t comment on the quality of the product because I still haven’t received it. I was supposed to have received it two days ago and at this point the only thing the company can tell me is that it is “in production” and they will get it to me as soon as possible. They’ve been telling me that for the last week when I reached out because I noticed that I wasn’t getting any status updates. They won’t let me cancel the order and refund my money.

Stay far away from this scam company.

Stay far away from this scam company. This company falsy advertises the size of their canvases on their website. When you order a canvas in a specific size you expect to receive that size. The first canvas I ordered in a 16" x 20" canvas and I received a 15.625" x 19.75" canvas. I emailed them and asked for a full refund and they offered me a 20% refund. When I said no to that they offered to reprint the order as 16" x 20" as requested. I received the reprinted canvas in the same exact incorrect size as the first one. When I complained about the wrong size again, I requested a full refund and now they are refusing to give me my money back and make it right with the customer. Now I have 2 canvases I have to spend more money trying to fit it into my frame. Needless to say this company is not customer oriented and only care about money. I hope that this helps anyone thinking about using this company to go elsewhere when having canvases printed.

You are absolutely correct that when a 16" x 20" canvas is ordered, you expect the finished product to reflect those dimensions accurately. If what you received measured 15.625" x 19.75", that discrepancy should have been clearly explained or corrected in a way that resolved the issue completely. Reprinting the order and delivering the same size again only adds to your frustration, and we are very sorry for that outcome.

In some cases, minor dimensional variances can occur due to standard production tolerances, canvas wrapping methods, or frame thickness. However, this should always be communicated transparently so customers can make informed decisions and especially when the canvas is intended to fit a specific frame. If this was not properly explained, we acknowledge that we fell short in clarity and customer care.

We also regret that you feel your request for a full refund has not been handled appropriately. Your concerns deserve a thorough review rather than repeated back-and-forth responses.

I ordered item on Feb 3 for Valentines…

I ordered item on Feb 3 for Valentines because it said estimated delivery by feb 11. I said why not, gives it a few days to get here if it backs up. Well here we are on Feb 17th and order has not arrived. Had a horrible valentines day because this order was going to be the main attraction of valentines so I had to scramble the day before to make something else work. I contacted the company a few days before the 11th because the item was still in production and I asked them to cancel my order because I had a hunch it might not get here. All they said is that it will arrive on time and it will ship soon. Well that never happened. It's Feb 17th and have not received the item. I contacted them on Feb 14 to say that I did not receive item and all they said was "our sencire apologies". You know those type of apologies that you say just to make people shut up. Should have researched the store reviews beforehand. Would have never ordered from them. They have a lot of unhappy customers!
UPDATE!
Received the portraits on the 19th. All 4 lines of these portrait canvases are warped towards the center of the canvas causing bowed middle lines. The canvas would need to be unmounted and restapled to square frame to fix. Also they are both shaped like rhombuses not rectangles.

One of the frames was warped and…

One of the frames was warped and doesn't lie flat on the wall. The canvas is loosely wrapped so it looks lumpy and uneven around the edges. I ordered hanging hardware and was given 2 stickers per frame instead... One already fell off the wall and I had to rehang them on nails anyway. I submitted a ticket days ago and have recieve no reply.

Terrible

Terrible, ordeted 29 smaller canvas photos for an anniversary and they never arrived in time. Pictures are of no use after the event and they did nothing to compensate.

Loved how they came out!

Loved how they came out. The package was delivered on time and safely packed. I had to pick up from a FedEx location because I wasn't home to sign it but that was fine. I paid extra for hi-def printing and it came out perfectly.
