I would strongly advise against…

I would strongly advise against purchasing the custom figurine (custom bobblehead). The estimated delivery date provided at the time of purchase was significantly misleading. While it initially indicated a turnaround of approximately two weeks, the actual delivery took closer to seven weeks. Customer support later acknowledged that custom orders require more time, but this was not clearly communicated upfront.
Although the delay was frustrating, I was willing to be patient under the assumption that additional time would result in a higher-quality, detailed product. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
The final product was extremely disappointing. The figurines bear little to no resemblance to us, with inaccurate facial features and poor overall likeness. In fact, the representation is so off that it does not even reflect our actual ethnic appearance. The craftsmanship and paint quality also fell far below expectations and appeared unrefined.
Overall, this experience did not meet reasonable standards for a custom product, especially given the extended wait time and expectations set during the ordering process.

Hound from hell!!

I ordered a bobble head of my dog and it looks like a hound from hell!!
It actually scared my wife!
They refused to refund me or remake it.
Terrible quality and likeness and it took 6 weeks to arrive! Never again!!

Horrible company

Horrible company. Ordered two bobbleheads in September. One arrived in December but was poor quality. Requested that they redo the one and ship both. After at least 20 emails to them, they kept promising that they would address it, but nothing ever happened. They said they would refund but that didn’t happen either. Had to dispute with credit card company.

Do not order

If there were 0 stars, I would give them that. Worst service and product. I ordered a bobble head, and it was absolutely disgusting. It did not match the picture I provided, and the quality was awful. It arrived more than a month late, there were no updates provided. I had to reach out to customer care every other day to find out the status. If the quality were good and the bobblehead matched the photo I provided, I would have forgotten about the delivery delay, but the quality is simply awful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

After one month

After one month, i didn't receive my purchase and doesn't have any news from customer service, i really thinks this company is a scam.

Edit: i finally had some news, receive the product few days later, without any notices. I wasn't happy with the quality of the product so i asked for a reimbursement. The customer service responded right away. From 1 to 3 stars

I wasnt aware that my product would…

I wasnt aware that my product would come from India,. Their customer service is horrible and they lie . I have my order that was sitting in memphis since february 17th . Well it is now lost Customer support doesnt care about loss.They lied and told me they created a ticket that of which they never did. I had to call fed ex for them to tell me its lost. Horrible company .they have been dragging their feet since February 2nd. I get responses from several different people . One day it’s we are processing your rugs, next day it’s we are processing your refund . That’s all I’ve heard for a month with no resolution . They respond as if they care but they have done nothing to make it right as of yet

Awful.

Awful. I ordered a 14" x 11" canvas print on February 12, 2026, at 12:33 PM, and they said it would be delivered via Standard shipping (Estimated Delivery: Monday, February 23, 2026).

I called the number on their website, and the person said it should be delivered within “24 to 48 hours”…So, I waited. Nothing yet and that was last week...Wow. Well… today is Monday, March 2nd of 2026, and it still isn’t here. I went to their website to check the status of my order, and it still says “In Production”… really??? Wow. They haven’t even sent a note to apologize or explain why it’s taking so long. Nothing.

I had to apologize to the person this gift was meant for. I’m glad I didn’t go ahead and order a major artwork printing job with them — I would be hitting my head against the wall by now!

No more. Never again, CANVA CHAMP. You should not promise business deals & delivery dates that you simply cannot meet.

Less than advertised

Purchased a bobble head from canvaschamp based off the website and the quality I saw from the examples on their website. The order was placed November 29th. I received my order well after the shipping arrival on or before December 22nd and when I did receive the order in January, the product was not as advertised. It was not high quality detailed figurines, it was not very detailed at all. Every thing was painted on including my glasses, there was no acrylic base and it was broken. It was a gross misrepresentation from the website to the product received.
I must say I was contacted and after positive communications, I was refunded and I am confident in saying this was not the norm with canvaschamp. In looking at lots of reviews and products received by other satisfied customers.
