Ordered some hard to find blunt wraps very well priced and I chose the cheapest shipping about a week later I received the exact ones I ordered and very fresh btw happy with my purchase will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered via the guest portal, $93.17, on March 27 and have not received my cigars and have not heard back from you yet.

When you order a item from them if they don't have it instead of refunding they send what THEY think is a replacement. Then when you contact them about they sent what you did not order they will let you know it was not in stock ( I read other reviews on this after the fact). Then they will proceed to inform you that you get no send back or refund and offer 1/2 off store credit. Why would I want a store credit when this is the business practice of the company. I would suggest for anybody reading this to stay clear of this shady company, because you as a customer means nothing but a dollar sign to them. In other reviews I have seen that the only time they want to reach out is when the (target) customer leaves a complaint on consumer affairs or BBB. Use this business at your own risk.

So far placed order on March 8th and still nothing just says awaiting fillment. So I wrote them to see how Long it will take so hopefully it's all good but will update review if actually comes

The package was received damaged resulting in two packages of cigars (10) broken. Would appreciate a replacement of the two packs damaged (a total 10 cigars).

I will NEVER buy or recommend this brand to anyone. It completely crumbled in my hands right out the package. All 3 of them. Even water didn’t help. This is a horrible brand and such a huge waste of money.

I bought the Honey Berry 3 pack. It’s just $1.99 and I still want that back because this wasn’t worth it.

Update 3-1-2024.... After leaving reviews on different sites they finally responded trying to push blame on me. I only received one email from them, but all good, order was cancelled and money refunded, so I'm happy.
Ordered cigars from them a week ago and still they have not even shipped. I have emailed numerous times and I only heard from them once. I have tried to cancel order and have them refund my money and they still won't respond. I'm guessing they are running some kind of scam, as I am now finding out others have had the same complaints.

Great product! Difficulty finding them here. Shipping time good.

it took over 2 weeks to ship out did not receive tell after 3 + weeks JR Cigars i get in 5 to 7 days i was looking for the Phillies Mental that no one has anymore so i will keep using jr

November 24th I placed an order for Black Ops torpedoes with Buitrago cigars. Order was confirmed that day. December 1st contacted Buitrago cigars in regards to this order, it had not shipped and no contact from Buitrago about it. December 6th I receive three emails two stated that the Black Ops torpedoes had been shipped one with the tracking number. Cigars arrived Saturday, what I received where TORO not what I ordered. This is twice I have order Torpedoes and received Toro’s, first order was in October, I figured it was a honest mistake. Twice in a row means you are selling items you do not have. If you want a cigar shop that’s sells what they don’t have and will say anything and not back it up this is the place for you.

The price of my purchase. If I walk across the street to the gas station I pay $3 for two Black & Mild cigars.

Good product. Deliver on time.

First thing I noticed is I didn’t get the correct item I ordered. The picture shows what you ordered and that is not what was delivered. Second I’m 4 packs in and ALL of them have been terrible wraps. They don’t respond to Customers so I’m just stuck with the aftermath
