Wel the truth is Buitrago Cigars delivers.. they ship out fast. With usps I usually get my cigars around 3-5days. I've been ordering from them for a couple of years now .

I've been ordering from Buitrago for the last 3 years. Always quick delivery, product is authentic.

Ordered a 20 count box of Alec Bradley Caribbean Cask Toro Cigars and received a 20 count box of Caribbean Cask Robusto Cigars. Most likely the same quality cigar but the Robusto's are a little shorter in length.

I had written an earlier review that rate Buitrago a rating as 1. Product was counted shirt and there was no telephone communication available plus numerous email were confusing
Well , the corporate office thru a supervisor made email contact, corrected the short count if product although it was Dutch Master's problem. Plus fir my inconvenience he provided a gift certificate to me.
The initial communication was corrected explained. The error in product was reasonably explained and the correct of the entire situation was very honorably handled.
This review is meant to rectify what a concerned and dedicated company to their client should be. Biutrago went above their responsibility and should be commended.

5 days to fill my order? That's about 4 days too long.

I purchase a packet of Dutch Master Grape Corona. They are packaged with 4 cigars in each box with 5 boxes. A total of 20 corona. Upon opening each individual box there were only 3 cigars, which means 5 cigars were short. The scan number is 7161050378. I called ITG who distributes to your company and their suggestion had me paying more money to for a coupon to be redeemed at any store that sells this product. Going to 14 stores in 4 different towns, no store would accept the coupons cause they can not redeem them. This now is a major project. All I want is the 5 cigars I paid for but did not receive them.

I have order 10 boxes of kush henp wraps,never received it.i been emailed them 5 times and no response going to call credit card company and cancel my order, don't trust this company. This is a new review again stay away

It took almost 2 weeks of sitting there with"label created" and a complaint through PayPal for the post office to finally get the package. It will be almost 3 weeks before it gets here.
I went with this company because it was a bit cheaper but never again will I order from them.

The customer service is terrible they have canceled too of my orders and all I ever get is a refunds never a solution I want my items if I wanted the money I would’ve never ordered the items and all of this because I moved from Idaho that’s sad

I put in a negative review earlier, they reached out to me and assured in my cigars were coming. I was full of excitement because they had a cigar that I've been looking for. Today I received my order# 8272399. AND it was WRONG!!

At first I was upset about the time my order was taking but they made it up with Alot of different samples and I really appreciate that they have a customer for life

I've been trying to order more cigars for a week now and every time I click submit I get a "something went wrong" message. I even emailed customer support and they said to try another server so I did and same error. When I emailed back saying it's the same o got "that's odd" and nothing else!
I've been ordering cigars from you guys for a long time! Do you think someone could actually pick up a phone and help me order more or do I just need to go to another place? I've never had this problem before and like to consider myself a loyal customer but if I can't order any more then I gotta go unfortunately.

So yeah your response was NOT helpful! Now I'm starting to think you think I'm stupid or you just didn't read my actual review.
I HAVE tried MULTIPLE methods of payment. I HAVE tried MULTIPLE browsers! I HAVE tried everything you have said to try. NOW....if you would actually like to keep my business, you try giving me a call and maybe we could work out the issues between actual live people instead of this nonsense through here.
When I say its not working do you honestly think I haven't tried many different ways to do something first? I mean is it just inconceivable to you that MAYBE there could be a problem on your site? Perish the thought!!

So update 2...
I just ordered from cheaplittlecigars.com this time. MAYBE the site won't be broken here if I come back when I want more.

My cigars came fresh and fast. The prices are unbelievable. This is most definitely my new place to shop for cigars.

Like most I definitely thought this was a scam. But I've ordered several times now and have been pretty happy with everything there's been a couple times where they were out of stock and had to sub something. But all at all everything has been a great experience

I ordered from here back in December 2023. They made me wait almost a week, before I had to contact them and threaten charge back. Finally it was sent. They gave me "store credit" refunding a few boxes of wraps. I wanted the credit back on my card. Now I come back to place my quarterly order on May 19th and absolutely NOTHING and it's May 27th! If a business cannot respond timely to its customers, it's time to shutdown. Obviously this competitive pricing for blunt wraps is a ruse. This business is going to cost me more money because I have to go and buy blunt wraps at retail markup soon. I told them last time get my orders to me timely when I resupply and I'll keep coming back. DO NOT place a large order here. It's clear they don't have the stock on hand. I'm charging back this order with the bank on the 29th. This place and Tobacco Stock are the WORST places to order wraps from. Just DONT when you see my review. Go to OnlineDiscount or BnB and save yourself the headache. Anyway, I am done with Buitrago and they can keep the $25 credit and shove it where the sun doesn't shine. Poor in inefficient order processing and no existent customer service. Good Luck Buitrago, I don't see you lasting much longer online at this rate. Martin, save your explanations. Immediately cancel my order or I will do a chargeback on the 29th!
