Firstly the delivery did not turn up without any communication from them then it turned up the following week and the order was wrong, sent the wrong plasterboard, I will not be using these again.

My experience started really well. I called to ask for help and I was given really good advice that saved me money. However once I placed the order it all went wrong. They offered next day delivery but I decided 2 day delivery would be fine. I asked permission to work from home that day to be there for the delivery and it didn’t happen. I called and was told they couldn’t make it that’s day so it would be the next day and I was the first delivery. That day came and went and I was told the wrong slabs were on the truck and it would be the next day. Another excuse came that day about a tyre or breakdown or something so it got to Friday and the man doing the work was fed up with waiting. My employer was fed up with me asking for extra days at home and I was fed up being told different excuses every day . I told the guy on the phone he was taking the p*ss out of me and they had better turn up Friday. They did. Then when I tried to get replacements for the 5 broken slabs I was told I would have to pick them up because it was too far for them to come to me!!! Never have I dealt with a company like this. So stressful when you’ve got tradespeople doing work for you. I did get a refund for the 5 broken slabs so thank you for that.

Delivery communication was great. Delivered it to exact location. Well wrapped. Left without needing a signature so it’s really convenient. Good quality stock delivered.
