Great products and friendly staff/ service. Delivery was delayed from specified date due to sourcing out to more local firm; an error on local firm end, not building shop's. Will use again in the future and recommend.

Delivery delayed. Rescheduled time not honoured. Goods delivered short and not complete.

Won’t be using anyone else after finding Building Shop. Had problems finding a supplier who’d deliver what I needed - 140 bags of aggregate. Building shop guys stuck with it, were always polite, calm and wholly professional- eventually found a really good local provider - great prices too so would recommend any day of the week!!

Great service and quick delivery

After a lot of research online I found the building shop to be very good in all aspects ,prompt delivery put materials exactly where I wanted them, well packaged aswell.

Do NOT use these guys. They are just a website that pretends to have stock and they phone local merchants and get them to deliver stuff . They will happily take your money and then after that you have had it . You ask for a certain delivery date (weeks in advanced) but they phone a few days before they deliver the goods that they have to deliver it now or you won't get the materials you have ordered. They guy I spoke to said that they can leave it on the driveway and it will be safe because it's a posh area looks safe enough. They also contacted my customer without my knowledge and gave them updates and I found out through my customer that they haven't delivered the materials (on the day they begged me for them to deliver)
Only for them to deliver the wrong material anyway. I spoke to Travis Perkins (the company they used to deliver the wrong materials ) and they said that they were phoned tand asked if they could deliver materials. Travis Perkins asked what type of material and they said basically whatever they had (yellow treated when I asked for green treated )
Travis Perkins sorted everything for me and helped me out .
Do NOT use these guys as they are just people being a desk and NOT an actual builder supplier that has knowledge of any materials
