So far so good. My bed has regained more body support and I sleep good. Currently my back is in pain, so I can’t tell until the pain goes away, if the bed is helping my overall comfort. But I think it will.
But the free pillows were also a great bonus! I have trouble finding good pillows, I have searched and bought so many, and my neck was always in pain, and so far my neck has been great in the mornings!

Very comfortable topper, seems to have ended my hip pain pretty quickly, not slept on the pillows yet

AVOID! The website looks great. They help you choose the right topper. They show ALL the layers the topper has and how its very supportive. Then you get the topper and it's just two bits of foam stuck together with nothing firm about it. Absolute rubbish. THEN, they make it very specific on how to return it. You have to get it back in the plastic and the box and PAY FOR THE RETURN YOURSELF. THEN, they say you'll be refunded in 14-21 days after receipt of the as new item. I didn't get my money refunded until ONE MONTH FROM THE DAY THEY RECEIVED THE ITEM. You can't speak to anyone and only positive thing I can say is that they responded to emails relatively quickly except they would lie and say yes the return was started when it wasn't. I had to ask for proof. It was started a week after I was told it was started. That is totally unacceptable as a business. I looked them up on company's house and they look a bit dodgy to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you're not fussy and you have money to throw away. They must be paying people for reviews.

Really pleased with their customer service. After advising Brightr about only receiving part of my order they replied quickly. Their advice was to wait to see if the missing parcel arrived next day. They said not to worry as if it didn’t they would immediately sent a replacement. Not had a company offer immediately to replace without drawn out emails trying to get anything done

Great matress. As described. Still firm and sturdy.. Exact fit too. Bit smelly to start with but smell disappeared after a few days.

I love these pillows had the best night sleep and love they are height adjustable - my partner and I are different sizes so its nice to have the flexibility to customise for both of us!

I wanted 8cm depth topper, I received 5cm depth and I was told I ordered 5cm depth. I was not happy with that but the free pillows made up for it.

Fairly quick delivery. Goods were well packaged with detailed instructions on what to do once opened. Goods are of very good quality. And wonderful pillow for free.

Omg this mattress topper is a game changer! Comfort is 10/10. Easy to unpack and put on to your mattress stays nicely on the mattress with using the corner straps. Excellent value for money and the pillows just amazing soft keeps you cool in this heat wave. Best money spent on a mattress topper and free pillows bonus! Excellent delivery service as well was kept updated with the shipping, very easy to order online.

Nothing wrong with delivery etc. Very prompt. Unfortunately the mattress topper has not improved my aching back and shoulders and hips. My husbands comment was it's alright but why did we need it. The pillows which were free are made up of lumps of some sort of fibre. Perhaps I expected too much

I have tried a lot of different pillows and by far this has been the most comfortable pillow I’ve ever had.

The delivery was excellent the next day easy to unpack and well packed and the topper is very comfortable. Unfortunately I didn’t like the pillows. I found them too hard and not moulding to your head very well so we are going to take out some of the memory foam and see if that helps. .

From ordering to the arrival of my mattress topper was excellent service.
I have only used the topper a short time so we will wait and see if it works.
But so far so good.

From easy ordering on web site to quick delivery and free pillows with my lovely king size topper,I can feel the difference in my comfort I went for a firmer topper its so comfortable ,well.made and its turntable which is a first for me,all in all great topper great quality and real value for money highly recommend this company the goods are as described 👌

Like most of the other 21% of dissatisfied customers I have a major complaint about the supposedly wonderful trial/returns process. The topper is impossible to return in its original packaging because it has obviously expanded!!(no doubt packed in factory buy a machine process!). Having made the effort to pack and return the topper on 21 March, costing £73.45, I heard nothing. Contacted them and they said it had not been returned! I sent them a copy of the Parcel Force tracking proving it had been delivered. They then acknowledged the return as 25 March. I was still waiting for any information regarding the refund on 18 April. after badgering them numerous times about the refund they eventually sent me a notification on the 29 April!!! it arrived in my account on the 1 May.
They refused to refund my return postage cost because they said I had returned the topper before the 60 trial period had elapsed. I had in fact returned it after the 60 days . They then decided that I had activated the refund process before the end of the 60 days which meant I had to pay my own postage!! Had I done this after the 60 days the would have sent me a free returns label which was not clearly stated upfront in their returns procedure.
Basically they will make it as hard as possible for you to get your refund.....hoping that you will just give up. I am now £73.45 out of pocket and am advised that I have a very good case for a small claims action to recover this due to the lack of clarity in their returns/refund procedure.
Do not buy anything from this company!!
P.S. Their company registered address appears to be a cake shop in Glasgow!!

Just read the reply and I did use the original packaging to return!! But, as you know, the mattress topper wont go back into the box and needs additional packaging to make a return possible. You are a devious liar just trying to mask the fact that you don't want returns, don't want to refund!
