I cannot understand how it has so many 5 star reviews .it is not 10cm as advertised more like a winter duvet it has no substance so cannot possibly offer any support .when you see other products arrive in 4ft boxes then see how this arrived vacume packed into the size of a shoe box.how on earth am I to get it back in there to return and get my money back is the next challenge.reading other reviews getting money back is my next challenge.don't waste your money do go elseware .

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, and I'm sorry the CloudTopper didn't meet your expectations.
As per our email conversation, we need you to know that you don't have to return your item in it's original packaging if you're struggling to. You can use any box to securely package the topper for its return. The most important thing is to ensure it’s well-protected during transit.
We have a 100-night return policy that we uphold at all times, as we never want any customer to be dissatisfied with their CloudTopper item(s). The same applies to you here.
All we need is for you to return your item (using the free return label that we've sent you!) and we'll process your full refund, no questions asked.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we hope to resolve this for you quickly. We haven't heard back from you since our email on Sunday (April 12th), but I hope to hear from you soon.
As for the depth of the CloudTopper, it's important to clarify that all of our products require 24-48hrs to 'air' and fully plump up once they are taken out of their packaging. This allows the products to return to their original shape.
