I sent my item back to Brightr Sleep with tracking, and they confirmed receipt on 4 June, telling me the refund would be processed within 14 to 21 days of that date. It's now nearly two months later and I still haven't received it. I've followed up three times in the last two weeks and had no reply at all, not even an acknowledgement.

A returns process that started reasonably has turned into complete silence at the refund stage. If you're expecting a refund from Brightr, be prepared to chase hard for it.

I recently ordered a mattress topper which I can’t give a review on yet as I haven’t tried it.
This review is about their offer that’s on to receive 2 free pillows supposedly worth £80. PLEASE don’t go for the offer, the pillows are so flat (I have now left them out for 5 days to hopefully expand) and look and feel very cheap. If they sold these pillows separately for EIGHTY POUNDS they would get a LOT of returns and complaints.You can buy much better pillows elsewhere much cheaper.

Very speedy delivery. Came wraped well. Pillow came with topper at same time so all good. The topper has made the mattress feel soft while suppotive. I used other brands befor and have found this one a much better topper than ones ive tried before. I let breathe for 24hr before using it as recommended. Wow sleep well would recommed products to others. Waking up not in any discomfot now so well worth it and for the money. 👍👍👍💤💤💤

They did exactly what they said, all arrived as promised. Best nights sleep EVER! Back/hip pain much relived. Thank you.

SCAM! People please be careful.
I don't know if Brightr are having issues but they received my returned (brand new, unopened) topper over a month ago and are refusing to refund me as yet because they say they're well within return timeframes. They are *NOT*. I have communicated this several times. Provided proof of returns information including tracking information. Spoke with multiple unhelpful people via email all who give the same generic response. They are absolutely avoiding. Be careful it's a lot of money to lose. I'm going to try small claims court next.

I ordered a lovely firm/exra firm topper from Brightr. It came the next day. From day one it was the best nights sleep I have had in years. I would recommend whole hartedly and have already to my sister. Need a good firm sleep you can do no better.

Great supportive topper excellen quality doesnt move easy to fit on top of mattress with a deep fitted sheet. Both of us sleep so much better so a brilliant choice for us. Fast well packaged delivery so will definately use this company again

Tried the mattress topper for a few months and unfortunately not for us. The reason for the rating is down to the time taken to have our money repaid. I chased five times and was promised that we’d be refunded within 14-21 days, but took longer than six weeks in the end. Payment was flagged as refunded, but wasn’t and finally got repaid to us, only by chasing for a final time. Wouldn’t recommend

Great product! I ordered the Titan delux mattress topper and received 2 free pillows, which are amazing.
The mattress topper is fantastic — after just the second night I can already feel a really positive difference.

Had nothing but trouble from day 1 . Brougjt a topper, vacuum packed as most are , was very lumpy 2 days after opening it . Reached out to company was advised to try and shake lumps out , I did try but physically couldnt do this. Reached out again , was ignored till 3rd I think email , was told I couldnt send it back till after 30 days unless I paid I waited when 30ndays were up started return , I was told I would have to re pack and take to my local Evri store , being vacuum packed obviously wouldnt go into box . I explained I have mobility Issues and suffer with arthritis and have cancer , trying to compress this down would be difficult could they please collect , no we dont collect . Was advised to use a mattress topper. Took me 2 weeks to find someone to help me , I was very worried shoo wouldnt take it as all my local shops are small corner shops . I was sent a label asked if thry could send me a physical label as alot off the time Internet connection isn't great in these local shops , no we dont do that . I think I emailed 3 , or 4 times asking this .
They have my return since 23rd of june , still not had refund said 21 days , not working , left it till last minute. Im still waiting . It can take 3 or 4 emails for any response sometimes they put an out of office email up but mostly feel they just ingore.
I have asked 4 other compines their return policy, in case I was being unfair expecting them to collect a large double mattress topper , e ery one of these well k own companies have all said they collect !
Im hoping i will get my return this week

The topper never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they were unable to tell me where the parcel was and simply referred to the shipping carrier. However, the shipping carrier told me that only the company could investigate or resolve the issue. As a result, I was left stuck between the two, with neither taking responsibility or providing any useful information. The shipment has now been in limbo for weeks without any resolution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company for deliveries to Germany.

This was the second Brightr topper we have bought identical to the first. More than satisfied, thank you. Price competitive for a quality product. Delivery was prompt.

Terrible return and refund system. I am still waiting for my money despite numerous emails saying it's been processed.
I am caring for a very ill partner and the topper was unsuitable for his needs. The company are impervious to my stressful situation.
Very disappointed and still out of pocket.
