I'm very happy with this mattress topper. It's comfortable, good quality, and has made a real difference to my sleep. Since using it, I've been sleeping much better and waking up feeling more rested. I would definitely recommend it.

Early days but enjoying the comfort of the new topper. I’m not tossing and turning so much and feel much fresher and rested when I waken. Good buy I think.

This trader is in no way a legitimate company I have email's saying I will be getting a refund but wks and wks later nothing, they never reply to my email and have stopped any messages for a month now.i am so sorry I was ever persuaded by their lies false promises.We are both in our late 70s but this even falls on deaf ears

Good quality and really helps with sleep and excellent delivery

Very awkward return process. Overly long email explaining return process with unclear instructions initially. No response for a long time about my return. I have to pay for postage for a large bulky item. Cheeky 60 day return method in place that is bound to catch customers out. Avoid if you think you might want to test out their product and return. Too difficult return process for such a personal item as something that you sleep on.

(in response to Brightr- I don't recall the exact wording, but it said something to the effect of me not being able to return the topper and get a full refund until the 60 days was up. The returns portal didn't work the first few times I tried it.)

Avoid, avoid, avoid! They are very quick to take your money but the 100 days trial is a scam! They do not refund you despite multiple chasers and enquiries. I ordered a mattress topper from them to firm up my mattress to co-sleep with my newborn baby. We used it for 2 nights and removed as it slid around and actually made the mattress more unsafe for baby. I kept it safe and clean until the 60 day free return window and sent it back. It was confirmed as received and that it was undamaged but months later I am still awaiting the refund that “has been processed”. I have resorted to disputing the payment through my bank.

Good quality stuff

A perfect comfortable and supportive pillow. The pillowcases are great, cool in the summer period and anti-aging copper infused.
The shopping and delivery experience was very easy convenient.
The mattress topper I ordered from Brightr Sleep is really comfortable too.

Service excellent? Only down side was that you did not put down my flat door number, almost did not get my delivery, the concierge managed to retrieve my package as she new I was awaiting on delivery,

Lots of information on website regarding mattress. Looks good, nice quality product.

So far so good, ordering was simple and I like the fact that questions are asked regarding my sleeping positions, and that was taken into consideration, thus recommending the correct topper.
It's been less than a week, and therefore have yet to flip the topper to test the other side.
Unfortunately with the hot weather sleeping is not possible, but the support and comfort seems to be ok.
Maybe a few more weeks and I can give another review, but all in all , a positive response.
