Poor Customer Service
Photos delivered on 5 Oct when they were ordered on 15 Sep. No issue with quality of the pictures, just the service.
The website just said they were being processed so i know it wasn't a postal problem. When i attempted to find out what the hold up was all i got was that they were being processed. So, no not very impressed.

Disappointing service and product
Very disappointed with the product and service. I ordered on September 13th and did not receive it until 5th October. I ordered 4 x 6 prints but they are only 4 x 5. Won't use this company again.

The App uploaded the photos to crop…
The App uploaded the photos to crop them, not sure why there is even an option there. It took time for them to redo the photos which again came back in different sizes, some longer some ok some shorter. Not going to return as customer service support takes a while to sort it out. Won’t use the service again.

Happy with the pictures but I try to avoid Amazon for obvious ethical reasons and was disappointed to see my order was delivered by Amazon

Late delivery and poor communication
I ordered some photos online, delivery time was a couple of weeks but was happy enough with that. The promised delivery date was missed with no communication. When I chased I was told that they would follow up. I got a dispatch notification a couple of days later (no proper follow up), and then no further communication until the new promised delivery date was missed when I had to chase them again. I was then told they had been delivered to store a few days earlier, but I had received no notification. They then sent me a notification which was just a quick typed message from the customer service person which was a bit odd (was expecting the normal sort of delivery confirmation you get from a professional company). Very unlikely to use boots photo ever again.
