Unacceptable delays
I ordered two photo prints. These took two weeks to process and deliver. A ridiculous amount of time.
the original delivery date was missed by a week. This caused upset for the recipient

Absolutely awful service. It was due to be delivered 15th to 16th September it came on 14th October. I had to keep contacting them. Would NOT recommend.

I was amazed by the customer service. I sent the order in an envelope without including the order number. Boots managed to find my order and send it to me. Amazing. Thank you.

Literally terrible
Literally terrible. Photos been missing for 2 months. Nobody in the store will help contact Cewe. Left a chat message for Cewe, said someone will be in touch, no one has been. Email address on their website bounces back. Phone call leaves you on hold endlessly. Never again. Use Freeprints instead.

Said order was delivered when it wasn't. No proof of delivery, said they would investigate and then did nothing about it (customer service is poor). Don't bother, order with freeprints instead.
