Picture and colour quality very poor. The colours were very dull , the lovely blue skies looked grey on the prints and did not reflect the original colours. Very disappointed with the prints

Easy to order online, prompt delivery, good quality.

Software is easy to use. Very pleased with the finished photo book.

Photos took far too long to arrive and I only choose two

1 star – Private photos sent to the wrong address
I ordered personal photos from Boots Photo and they were sent to the wrong address, so my private photos may now be with a complete stranger.
I've contacted Boots but still haven't been told what happened to them, whether they were recovered, or whether they were securely destroyed. This isn't a late parcel or a faulty print. It's a privacy failure, and they haven't taken responsibility for it.
I gave them every chance to resolve this privately before posting, but the silence has left me with no confidence in how they've handled it. Boots really needs to review its fulfilment and customer service processes where private photos are concerned.

The process was easy to understand, the book was a perfect way to remember our daughter's wedding

Good quality prints. I like the option to have variable sized prints within one order, so nothing is lost of that original picture. In my case , this means I can get panorama style format and smaller prints , depending on the format of my original photograph.

My personalised diary was delivered in no time, the picture was preserved beautifully instead of pixelated which is what I was worried about. Delivery was also super quick, I would definitely use again.

I wrote with a concern that my order had not yet arrived almost a week after the date I was advised it should have arrived. Boots sent out a duplicate order asap and it arrived in 3 days. The original order also arrived eventually.

My order of photo prints was processed and delivered within 3 days. However, there was an issue with part of this order but after contacting their customer service team, ie was rectified and replacement received within a week. Quality of prints very good and very impressed with their customer service, quick and efficient.

I ordered and then heard nothing for several days. When I followed up I was told "the machine is broken". I had had no communication that the order would be delayed because of this, and so I missed the occasion I'd printed them for after having to go elsewhere.

Furthermore, I have been subsequently inundated with emails about the privacy policy, and demands to review the service. I'd complained that they have no reason to be continuing to store my personal information, and was fobbed off and told to delete my own account. I can't log in, and the password reset email never arrives.

Automated nonsense and a standard of customer service that means I'll never bother with them again.

I will not be using again. I ordered the photos on the 19th September. I was given an estimated delivery date of 26th September. They were a gift for the 1st October so I thought plenty of time. The 26th came and went with no change or update on process. I complained on the 2nd and I have never received an email of knowledgement or a response. Communication definitely needs to be looked at.

Order for 3 photos took over two weeks!
Numerous messages and a phone call with no answer as to why they didn’t get processed earlier
This was going to be a gift for someone staying with us for two weeks but arrived after they left
