Delivery......was sssllloooww

I had to wait 16 days for my photos to be delivered. This was longer than the estimated delivery time and also a lot longer than previous occasions.

Arranging the photo layouts was simple and fun. Finished book was good quality. Only gripe was on both occasions delivery was later than advised, even after having paid extra for express.

The photos took absolutely ages to arrive, you are best visiting a boots and printing them out yourself

The order was a birthday present and arrived 4 days later than the delivery date quoted when ordering so missed the birthday.

The order was a personalised calendar and arrived with packaging undamaged but a ripped page in one of the middle pages. This indicates to me that the item was damaged in production or assembly.
The quality control of this company leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered three regular 6x4 prints and they took nearly three weeks to arrive, ridiculous really.

All the photos were very poor quality

Nearly 3 weeks and not a word ! seems the machine in Germany broke down; chasing the order got no satisfaction and every indication that it would not arrive anytime soon, so I reordered from another source and received the prints within 48 hours at half the price. need I say any more......

The print quality is excellent. However, I ordered a poster of 60x40 cm and was not told that my original would not fit this format. The actual poster print got cut off by 2 cm each side to make it fit to size. If I had known this, I might have opted for a smaller format.

Quality canvas prints & prompt delivery.

It was a 35mm cassette that I found in an old camera belonging to my mother from a least 21 years ago, she got dementia and we think she just put the camera down and forgot about it. You made an excellent job of processing them. Thank you

Took forever to get a mediocre product. There are many other places to get photos printed and I will not be using Boots again.

Didn’t receive my pictures and apparently Amazon delivery still have them weeks later. No real help and an extremely disappointing experience.

I just about manage to order standard size photos but there's no way l can get any info if l require a large size photo.
Also l would prefer my photos to be delivered by anyone but amazon!
