HAD TO SUE THEM BECAUSE THEY LIE SO MUCH ❗❗

I have just successfully sued blue whale media for my website deposit after they failed to build the website after 5 weeks of arguing because they did absolutely nothing, Gary Sweeney promises the world and his wife Stephanie refuses to do any work and blames you when you question them.

They even attempted to counter claim for £3000 meaning they wanted £6500 for doing nothing except setting up an email address and a trustpilot account which are both free, the judge laughed and stated they had no claim or actual defence.

I have now won two cases against them and Wigan bailiffs are pursuing them with a warrant of control to get my money back.

If you read thier reviews from my experience the bad ones are the same experience I have had.

Avoid this company especially if looking for a skill based competition website because they have no knowledge of the legalitys and expected me to pay a solicitor to tell them how to build the website.

I have given blue whale the opportunity to repay me inline with the court order however they still refuse so I will be highliting their abuse of trust to everyone.

Website design is really good

The whole thing is a sales job. The guy was lovely on the phone, and makes you think that paying the premium price for the website is work it due to their experience and competence however they don't deliver what they promise. The owner and his wife are so rude and everything error they make they blame on you. They refuse to co-operate and make customers feel like their insignificant compared to the "massive £100,000 projects" they carry out. The work provided is not up to the price tag and the owner is incredibly rude. They seam to take advantage of women in business and once they have your money they are unhelpful in every way.

Very happy with the finished product. Website and branding completed to the spec provided to give me a brand I look forward to growing over the coming years.

We really love the website, the styling is modern and clean which helps with our companies sales. We still have our custom calculator in build with the team and can't wait to add this to the website.
