Gary and the whole team have worked hard over the last 3 months to produce a great looking new app for us.

They have completely redesigned the front end of our existing app to improve the user experience, and streamline the entire booking process.

The communication was fantastic and attention to detail. I would have no hesitation in using Blue Whale again or recommending.

Everything they said would happen happened.

Everybody has done a great job on creating our branding and video. They responded to us quickly and actively followed up to ensure that we were satisfied.

Gary and all his team worked hard to produce a great result for us. They have created us a bespoke cool video that will help customers understand what we do.

Very easy to deal with and produced a prompt service. We required a customer portal building and designing. We had a good idea what we needed but didn’t have the skill set in-house to do the job.

The project was completed on time and within the agreed timeframes

All agreed features that we needed work as per our spec doc. The portal is branded as per our instructions and brand guidelines.

My new website looks amazing and workkks... Which is more than i can say about my last website.

Everybody I spoke with and had dealings with was amazing. Everybody was so professional and easy to talk to during the whole design and build process for my new website and branding.

I can't tell you how happy I am with how the branding just pops when you see it. I also think the new animated logo is very good and captures everything about my business.

If I could suggest anything as an improvement it would be to simply advise people to listen to you more at the start... I should have more as it would have made things easier for everybody.

I am not easily impressed as I have worked in the past with several very good agencies on many projects. I suppose that happens with your nearly 65 years old....
However I found working with Gary and this team at Blue Whale very enjoyable.
The website, branding and video production has been excellent.
The communication during the project was very good and on point.

Originally approached Blue Whale Media back in October 2021 to look at website-refresh, but after speaking with the team agreed to jump in with both feet and go with a full re-brand!

Although COVID pushed back the launch date back slightly, the design time was amazing at communicating each step of the process and making any changes requested.

Lewis, Rachel, Lucy and Catlin who I worked with on this project were amazing in listening to my ideas and then turning them into reality. Still not sure how they managed this but they did! Since the design sign off, I have had the pleasure of working with both Naomi & Jamie on the back end, where both have talked me through each of the steps taken to maintain and update the site since launch. Due to the nature of the site being able to update, and add content was critical and both have been fantastic in supporting my ability to so this

Like anything digital, a site has to perform well as well as look great and the work here looks amazing too. Almost instantly the site was ranking on google's 1st page for my brand name “Fitzpatrick Photography”. While there is still work for me to do with other key words, based on previous experience with other sites, this is nothing short of wizardry!

In summary, amazing site + amazing team = very happy customer

We had a full website redesign and Blue Whale did a great job, the finished product is great.

The "aftersales" service is very good and every individual we dealt with has been enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

After website launch we received training on how to make modifications and amendments ourselves, such as changing text / images, and even adding new pages. This will give us excellent longevity on the site as we can iterate / tweak areas ourselves in future.

I can't quite award 5 stars as there were few too many instances of typos and formatting errors during the drafting phase that perhaps should have been caught internally before sending over to us, meaning I spent longer than I would have liked needing to discuss/address these. I think a bit more internal QA at the draft stage prior to release for customer review would definitely be beneficial.

However every snag / typo that was raised was resolved promptly and professionally.

Very helpful when I have needed assistance. Only problem is too many department.

Worked with Blue Whale for a website for our sister company Catalytic Support Systems. We are over the moon with our fresh and modern website design! The customer service we received was fantastic, and we are even using them to design another site for us! Can't recommend them enough :)
