Amazing, a gift for my mum and she loves it, very good service. Made sure I was happy with preview before making it.

I placed an order over a week ago and was really excited. I received the preview for my custom shirt and was really pleased. I was excepting the order to come no later than a week as they advertise fast shipping. However a week later they still haven’t even handed it to the parcel delivery company. I’ve emailed several times and keep getting short one sentence replies saying ‘we hope it will deliver earlier’ (than the date I told them I needed it by) and ‘let me check why its still not gone out for delivery’ eventually followed by a tracking link, however that just takes me to the same page saying it hasn’t been handed over yet. The date has come that I needed by and it still hasn’t even been shipped and I’m so disappointed, and unsure whether I’ll even receive my order. This company has loads of five star reviews for the most part so I’m hoping it’s just a one off, but I’m really upset. I will update this review if I actually end up receiving the order.

Absolutely lovely products, I ordered three different things, a canvas, a cushion and an LED nightlight, and they were all perfect; high quality and the artwork is spot on. Customer service is excellent. I needed to upgrade from a digital print to a canvas, and they sorted it out for me immediately. The only negative is the time it took to be delivered, so order in plenty of time. Will order from Furr and Family again, and would highly recommend.

Picture was good but the finish on the canvas is not great, the corners show as they are white and they are a different colour to the picture. Expensive for what it is.

My partner ordered my Christmas present on the 5th of December. It’s still not here, he has asked multiple times for proof of postage or tracking and we’re yet to receive any. After looking at trust pilot we were hopeful this would be sorted but we’re no longer confident we’ll receive it.

In response to fur and family’s reply: thank you for your response but we’ve not had any tracking number and it definitely hasn’t been delivered. We’ve only got an email saying they’ll give us the tracking when they have it. This may be confused with another order as it’s not under my name.

Update: the top has arrived. I have updated my review score to reflect this and the quality of the top.

Excellent gift with impressive quality. Communication was outstanding. Arrived in secure packaging. Highly recommend.

The picture itself was stunning, though I found it a bit unclear what exactly I was purchasing. I assumed it was a print, but it turned out to be a digital file instead. Despite this slight letdown, the quality of the digital image was truly impressive.

I sent off my pets pictures. Then I heard back the following day with the proofs. Excellent service.

Fantastic service! We were really happy with our dog prints. Some of the initial photos we sent didn’t work with the images we chose but with the patience of the digital artist we sent more photos & ended up with the perfect images.

Great communication throughout the process. There were constant changes due to me being so pedantic about my cat, yet not one complaint from Furr and Family. So thrilled with the finished portrait, but not as thrilled as my son is going to be when he opens it at Christmas. Thank you so much!!!

This company provides an amazing service! I recently bought a t-shirt with a print of 2 cats, and a jumper with 4 dogs embroidered (both gifts for other people and they are perfect. FurrandFamily sent me an email with the draft of how the print/embroidery would look and took the time to make changes as I requested. The final look was absolutely perfect and both garments came out exactly as they looked in the final agreed previews. One of the dog photos I had was a bit cropped and I asked if they could fill in a little of his fur, and they did it without issue.

I cannot wait to give these garments as Christmas gifts. I would 100% recommend FurrandFamily. Great product and excellent service.

Update: Item arrived. Despite the initial problems with delivery, which are clearly very unusual based on other reviews, I am very pleased with the product itself - it is excellent.

Update: item now confirmed as still in transit.

Was told this,was dispatched some time ago. Followed up and was told the were checking with the courier. Heard nothing. Followed up again, still no word and no product. Very disappointing so far. Will update if the product arrives

The image was fabulous. But but confusing as to what I was buying . Thought I was buying a print not a digital file. Bit disappointing but the digital file image was wonderful.
