Great Product and Service
Treating myself, I bought an 800 thread count Egyptian cotton Luxe sheet. Discounted but still expensive. But worth it. Fits perfectly, looks beautiful and feels fantastic. Fast delivery and well packed. Might well revisit for a full bed set.

Hi Nick, thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry to hear about the trouble with your Oyster bedlinen delivery. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that our tracking details show Royal Mail attempted delivery twice, but unfortunately there was no one available to accept the parcel. We have since reached out to you via email to help get this sorted as quickly as possible.
We're sorry this didn't go as smoothly as it should have, and we'd love the opportunity to make it right. Please don't hesitate to reach out at orders@beddingenvy.co.uk if you need anything further!

I ordered a sateen sheet which had a very shiny finish - a true satin finish I would say. The quality looked fantastic and I had positive interactions with the customer service but I opted for a refund. A close up photo of the sheet would be helpful to emphasise the sheen and avoid having to go through the return process.

Excellent value for money
I ordered a bedding set which for the price paid is excellent value for money. Delivery isn't the fastest but as I wasn't charged it was acceptable
I have also recently purchased some goose down pillows which with the 60% discount again represent excellent value.
