The pillow cases are too small for the superking bedding
The super king bedding sets only have standard pillow cases in stead of superking size. Anyone who has a superking bed knows that the standard pillows are too small. I have had to pay somone alter the pillowcases to fit my superking pillows. The fabric is supposed to be cotton sateen but they do not iron very well, they are not as good as the ones I bought from The White Company about 7 years since.

A fantastic product
A fantastic product. Efficient and quick delivery, when I removed the bedding sets I had ordered, the quality was obvious. They really do feel like Hotel quality sheets and it has changed my bedroom completely. It has brought a touch of luxury to my home - no joke! Equally, the sale price was extremely good value for the product I received.

Unclear return policy
I bought some towels. Delivery was as quick as advertised. However, they were much thinner than I had hoped and than the product images online suggested.
Fair quality for the discounted price, but definitely not worth the price advertised before the 60% discount.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find anywhere on the website a clear explanation of how to return items. You need to email and ask. Which ecommerce company does this?
