Absolutely luxurious bedding
Absolutely luxurious bedding. Feels like silk. Prpmpt delivery and premium packaging. Bought two double fitted sheets in sale or would not have justified price.
Really happy with it.
Thank you.

The Giza Fitted Sheet
The Giza Fitted Sheet - Frost arrived heavily creased and had an unpleasant smell straight out of the packaging. I contacted customer services to return it, but my email was never acknowledged. Instead, I received a return postage email from Hive with no explanation, and only worked out it was connected to my Bed Envy order because of the order number.
I'm still waiting for my refund, any acknowledgment of my complaint, or even a basic apology. Poor communication and disappointing customer service throughout. I would not purchase from this company again based on this experience

Not the luxury I was expecting
For a luxury product I would expect next day delivery. I ordered on Thursday night and received the bedding the following Wednesday. The quality of the duvet set was not as luxurious as I expected . After a wash the pillow cases and sheet felt scratchy and quite rough on the skin.

Beautiful packaging
Beautiful packaging, felt like I was reviving a present!
Linen felt gorgeous.
The pillows were a little harden than I expected… but perhaps because they are new?
