Every time I have placed an online order it has has always met my expectations. I receive fresh vegetable (green chillies, saag, coriander or mint etc)...receive same day delivery. Click and collect is also very convenient - complete peace of mind and time saving. Highly recommend Bazaar foods.

Mangoes are extremely satisfying.Each piece apart from just one was perfect.
Was disappointed that though an item (Parval) did not show it was out of stock was not delivered.
Not sure if I have received the refund.
Apart from this I was very satisfied thus given 4 🌟 stars.

Can improve further in customer satisfaction
Although delivery was late considering we are local, but what I am unhappy about is that we ordered 10 Kg of wheat flour and was provided with one that has expiry date falling within 3 weeks and I don’t run a restaurant or a bakery to finish that off within 3 weeks.
I contacted them and they offered me either to refund my money and take the product back or keep the product at half price, which although is not ideal, it’s still a good gesture but au would recommend to Bazaar foods to send products with more than enough validity in terms of expiry as that is essential for retaining customers who mostly pay a lot of attention to such details.
Will change my star rating up by 2 this time for good gesture.

Everything was good in the order
Everything was good in the order. Only complaint is regarding refund of spoilt mangoes. I had ordered 3 boxes. 1 of 12 kesar mangoes was perfect. Another of 6 kesar had 2 bad mangoes and third one with 6 Alphonso also had 2 really bad mangoes. I had complained but yet to get any refund from them.

Placed my very first order with Bazaar…
Placed my very first order with Bazaar Foods this week. I placed it at around 1PM and I received delivery that same evening, by a very friendly lady. Excellent service and products, for a much needed service catering to Indian groceries. I did not have time to go to the shops, so this was so easy and convenient. Will definitely be using again and going to the shop also.
