I have ordered mangoes from this service a few times now. They have always been delivered promptly, and their prices are competitive when compared to the open market. I appreciate that they even check the quality of the mangoes before delivering them. Based on my experience, I plan on purchasing more items from them in the future.

I received my first order with bazar…
I received my first order with bazar foods and I must say I am completely and totally satisfied with the food items .they were good and prices were also good. I will definitely shop again

Don't order from this company, they are not following uk food standards.
We order 3 mangoes and one box was completely bad. I called & mail them and shared the picture of the mangoes over the email but they were not ready to accept their fault. I asked to pick and process my refund, they were asking me to arrange pickup, we already paid good amount for delivery so it is their responsibility to pack and deliver food items in good condition. They were arguing. I am awaiting for their written reply for next action. If they will not accept the mistake and refund, i will do the necessary legal action because they asked me to consume it.
The lady took the phone doing arguments even i shared pictures over the email but she said it can be done over night and other excuse to cover-up and avoid refund, she asked me to cut and eating without thinking it can be harmful for health.

Thank you for your message. We understand your frustration as Indian mangoes are a much loved item.
As the lady you spoke to mentioned, mangoes are fragile and are susceptible to changes in the environments temperature, causing the skin to change colour. At the time of dispatching your order, the mangoes were all in good condition - we check all mangoes that are dispatched in deliveries as we hold customer satisfaction very highly at Bazaar Foods. When an item is not in good condition we will contact the customer to arrange a substitute, or reschedule when we have received fresh stock.
From the 4 mango images emailed that you claimed were damaged, we can see that 2 are damaged around the stem area. As mentioned above, the change in climate can affect the outside skin of mangoes, therefore, we politely requested for you to cut the mangoes and send us an image of the inside, which we still have not received.
In addition, for clarification we asked you to cut the mangoes and send us an image of the inside and at no point were you told to eat them. This is clear mis-interpretation.
Quality of service and products is of paramount importance at Bazaar Foods. Fresh vegetables and fruits are highly fragile and perishable items and we thoroughly check these to ensure you receive them in good condition. As explained we can consider a refund or replacement once images of the inside of the mangoes have been received - however bare in mind few days have passed since your complaint and the mangoes are likely to have lost freshness
We have fully co-operated with yourself and Images of the inside of the cut mango is what we requested which we still haven’t received.

The worst possible service I’ve ever…
The worst possible service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered more than a month ago, still haven’t received my order. Had to pay an extra £7.99, 20 days after ordering, for packaging. It has been 15 days, still haven’t heard from them or received my order.
