Delivery
If you are delivering and someone not in, a message should be left or email sent . I was kept waiting beyond delivery time not knowing what had happened to my delivery until I rang the shop . I received no voice phone message from the phone or refund made .
Food was very nice and delivered once I contacted them. Stock issues too, need improving

Hi, thank you for sharing your review. The order note we received from you requesting your preferred delivery time within your chosen time slot, was incomplete and no time was stated. Due to this, before dispatching your order, we did try contacting you via email and phone to clarify your order note. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response.
Therefore, our driver did attempt delivery within your chosen time slot, but no one was home to accept it. Our driver then made the conscious decision to carry on with their route and re-attempt delivery at the end of your chosen time slot, to which they arrived 5 minutes late.
Usually to re-deliver an order, we do charge an additional £3, unless agreed otherwise. However, on this occasion as a gesture of good will, for your ongoing support as a customer, it was waived.
We appreciate your feedback and have taken your suggestions on board, allowing us to offer you an even better service! :)

Absolutely brilliant service!
Absolutely brilliant service and my vegetables were very fresh (just the way I like it) and the service was 100%. Can't fault it at all as I am very fussy when it comes to picking my vegetables and hence have never used the online service but this definitely excelled my expectation.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed on the 27/08 which is a Saturday - a weekend that was also followed by a bank holiday.
As mentioned in our terms and conditions, for national deliveries where we use a courier service, it can take 1-5 working days to be delivered. Therefore, the first possible delivery day would be Wednesday, as we can only dispatch your order on a working day which was Tuesday. This therefore means that the latest we would be able to deliver your order would be by Tuesday the following week.
However, we dispatched your order on Thursday (as you can see on your postal packaging label), which was due to be delivered the next day, Friday. But it seems like there had been a delay by the courier service which we have no control over. Two attempts were made this morning, to which you accepted your order on the second attempt at approx 11:50am.
