Jonathan persevered and was with me every step of the way - through two failed auctions, and then the third, which never even needed to happen. He was super responsive, even when he was on holiday, and went above and beyond doing absolutely everything they could to sell my flat. The director Sam was also really communicative.

They're not like any other auction house or estate agent I've ever met. They weren't motivated by purely making a seller drop their price - they were motivated by doing everything they could to help, and they really listen to every individual story. I couldn't have been happier and would recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to thank Gary and his staff for their fantastic communication, and reassurance every step of the way! I have never done an auction before so was a bit nervous of what to expect, however I need not have worried as they made everything so easy from start to finish. Do not use this company! They offer 14 days free cancellation this is a lie!They trick you into waiving this and quickly prove they are not worth the time. When you try and cancel they stick you with a huge cancellation fee. They will also claim payments haven’t went through and try to get more money out of you. Do not use this company!

Staff communications are extremely poor and when they do eventually reply they are incredibly rude-an all round horrendous experience if I could give zero stars I would

We bought a property at auction and with all the people we had to deal with, solicitors, financial advisers, estate agents etc Romilly at Auction House In Driffield was by far the most helpful and often got things moving quicker then the solicitors we were paying a fortune for. Highly recommend.

From first contact Katie Roberts was professional from start to finish and kept me informed throughout the whole auction process. Everything was explained and no questions I had were too much trouble.
We had a few ' glitches' on the way ( nothing to do with the auction process) but Katie stepped in and sorted it all out.
