I bought a property from East Anglia Auction House in Lowestoft and the service provided was excellent, with good communication and advice on contacts and solicitors which helped make completion easy. In particular Bailey Fairweather was very helpful, meeting us at the property and giving me advice and dealing with all my queries. I appreciated all his help and would recommend this auction house for the service they provide.

Sale at auction was the end of a very difficult and protracted process to sell the property.
The approach of the Auction House Team was professional and efficient.
Simon and Alex provided assistance quickly and with clarity at all stages of the process.
