Auction House UK - Auction House Manchester Bewertungen

Excellent communication on all aspects. Prompt, answered all questions in full & very professional. Highly recommend.

We were a bit apprehensive about going to auction, but following discussions with my sister in law we decided to sell the property this way for several reasons.

- the traditional route was stalled because of unreasonable demands of the various mortgage providers.
- the quick completion time following the sale was attractive because the house is empty and another winter would not have helped its general state of repair
- with regards to Jamie Fraser (Auction House Manchester) we can’t thank him enough for the support and quality of service through the whole process.

Very good service and very cooperative staff, they know all aspects of their job whether it’s related to the paperwork or the building. Rachel was especially very helpful, she was very cooperative, helping

We were recommended The Auction House by a friend. it was a great decision. They were supported throughout the whole process, taking us step by step and delivered all that was promised. Special thanks to Rachel and Evie.

Big shout out to Jamie frazer who dealt with my mums property from start to finish. He was in contact with us all the time and kept us updated thru out the process. Thankyou so much.

I put my commercial property in auction through auction house manchester. From start to finish the whole experience has been flawless and I personally dealt with Jamie Fraser who has been very supportive and informative throughout. He stayed in contact with me via email letting me know the next steps. I didnt need to chase and Jamie was very efficient. I highly recommend Auction House Manchester to anyone. I had a great experience

Always found the people at Auction House to be especially helpful. Buying at auction can be stressful and they always try and help you through the process. Evie couldn't have been any nicer.

I was put in touch with Jamie Fraser at Auction House who explained the auction process. Initially I was a little sceptical as I thought that it was more that Estate Agents didn't want to list houses at the lower end conventionally. However he was very articulate to highlight the benefits of the process and the creation of competitive tension to obtain the best value for the property. It was also really helpful that they have an option to use recommended lawyers to draw up the legal pack which is required for a property at auction. Overall the communication with both the lawyers and Auction House was first class with regular feedback regarding viewings and request for the property's legal pack. On auction day it is possible to see the auction live on-line and they achieved a sale price significantly in excess of my expectation. The whole process will be completed within 28 days and it is significantly easier than going through the conventional conveyancing process. I am going to use Auction House again for the disposal of other property assets and I have already recommended them to another associate. Thanks again Jamie Fraser for a job well done!!

I am very pleased with the service provided by Auction House throughout the purchase process.
I really appreciated the care, professionalism and support shown from start to finish. Callum S kept in touch throughout, made sure I was comfortable with each stage, and explained everything clearly along the way.

Overall, the service was transparent, professional and handled with genuine care. I would happily recommend Auction House to anyone considering selling or buying through auction.

@Auction House, please note that Callum is a real asset to your business, so please look after him. I would also like to mention Evie B, who was also very polite, helpful and supportive throughout the process.

Very pleased with the service provided by Jamie throughout the sale process of a rental property. I appreciated the care shown throughout. He checked in to make sure I was comfortable with each step and understood what was happening.
The fact that the entire transaction can be completed within 28 days from the auction date makes the process even more worthwhile, especially when managed so efficiently.
Overall, a transparent service, handled with professionalism and care. I would happily recommend them to anyone considering selling through auction.

The process was explained thoroughly by Jamie which put me at ease. Jamie was always available for a call should I have had any questions. The process went smoothly and couldn’t have been any easier. Thank you.

I used Auction House Manchester after a traditional sale unfortunately fell through, and it was the best decision we made. The team were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from the outset. They outlined the process very clearly, including the potential risks, so absolutely nothing came as a surprise.

They were always available to answer any questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and were proactive with updates so I was never left wondering what was happening.

What could have been a very stressful experience was actually made really easy thanks to their knowledge, efficiency, and communication.

The whole process ran smoothly from start to finish, and the house ultimately sold for a good price too. I would definitely recommend them.

Callum was superb from the beginning, throughout and completion. One of my best auction experiences ever. Thanks Callum.

Really pleased with the service and the result. I wanted rid of a rental property and really didn't have time for the hassle of a traditional sale. I found auction house online and gave them a call to ask them about the process. Jamie at their Manchester branch was brilliant, explained how it works clearly and suggested we put it in the may 12th auction. Honestly, I have never used an auction before so put my trust in him to set the reserve and guide price. I was incredibly happy with the result (significantly over the guide price) and the ease and efficiency of the sale was superb (the transaction completed today). If I had any more properties to sell i would definitely be using them again. Thank you Jamie and team.

We found the whole process with Auction House very easy and Jamie kept us fully up to date every step of the way. And the costs and sale proceeds were similar to what we would expect using a traditional estate agent, but much quicker. Would definitely recommend

From our first chat on the phone to completion and transfer auction house Manchester made the process very easy to understand and explained every detail carefully and clearly. This was our first time using any auctioneer and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is nervous about the process. It's such a smooth process and much faster than normal property sale. Rachel was amazingly supportive. James was a first class auctioneer and the others we spoke to were incredibly helpful too.

Delighted with the service provided by Rachel & the team at Auction House Manchester - well organised and professional service, honest advice and a swift completion. Im very happy with both the outcome and the service delivered. Thank you.

I can't recommend The Auction House, Manchester, enough! We are not quite over the final hurdle yet due to some complexities but Evie and Rachel have been absolutely fantastic!!! What really stood out to me was the level of care and commitment throughout the entire experience. It’s clear that they genuinely take pride in what they do and go the extra mile to ensure everything is handled properly, but with care and that personal touch. We never felt over looked!

The communication was excellent, of a very high standard, and we always felt supported and well-informed. Their dedication and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

They dealt with some difficult, emotional conversations with such grace, can't thank them enough!
