I placed an order 3-26 for the monogram Easter Egg. I received a notification 3/31 supposedly from USPS saying delivery can't be completed because the zip code is wrong. I verified all my info was correct. I emailed Artvera Print today, 4/2, and have not received any response. Maybe I'll get one here. Very disappointed and am starting to think maybe this is a scam.

Jamie was very professional and prompt with helping me out with an item I ordered and a refund. I would give Jamie a five star but as for the website it should advertise how long an item would take to get to your door. I ordered an Easter gift for my granddaughter March 18 and two weeks later I reached out because I hadn’t seen it. Jamie is one of the customer service reps and was very helpful. This company needs to tell you how long an item will take to get to your doorstep. Mine was 7 to 9 weeks after reaching out two weeks later. It would’ve been well after Easter, so that’s why I canceled.

Orders a gift for Easter from Artvera Print.An absolutely beautiful wooden egg hand painted(Easter scene) with my granddaughters initial & name. Opens up & you can fill it with anything. Go on their website it’s amazing! The staff is too!! They go above & beyond to personally lend a hand!🤩

I accidentally double ordered a gift. I received an email the next day from the company to verify the double order. I was surprised and happy they caught it and responded so quickly. Best customer support ever!! I was quickly given a refund and can't wait for my order of personalized eggs. I highly recommend this honest company.

Still no package since purchase on 1/8. They provided a fake tracking to my credit card company and not the one where it was seized and will not be delivered due to counterfeit postage. Company is a total scam.
