Ordered 2 Wooden Eggs on March 23rd of this year. After emails back and forth, I was given a tracking number. Today, I found out the package was delivered to another State and not even a close street or address. I emailed requesting a full refund. How does that happen?

Pictures are very deceptive.

Pictures are very deceptive. They show pictures on website that hold lots of candy. They show a really nice size. They show you can set they up like on a shelf. What you get is the size of your regular egg in a store. The most you can get in the egg is 2 kisses.One was stuck and didn't open. They can't be set up because both ends are oval. Came to late for Easter thankfully. I would have been to embarrassed to give them to my granddaughter. Very disappointed.

I had ordered the Easter egg for my special needs sister, who lives in Illinois not Iowa. I had placed the order well in advance for her to receive around Easter. It never came until a week ago. In the beginning I couldn't get the updates to follow it. Sunny did respond to my emails and show me where it was at. As I told Sunny, if I had known it was coming from China I wouldn't have ordered. Since my gift was way past Easter Sunny gave me a 25% refund. My sister really loved the keepsake eff "WITH HER name on it" as she told me. Website is a scam

I noticed that Olivia from clientcare2025.com responded to some of the reviews ao I went to check out that website. Clientcare2025.com is a scam site. I received a pop-up stating that its not a secure site and if I to continue, my identity will be stolen. I backed out of that website immediately. Clearly artveraprint is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THAT SITE.
Also, their website only posts positive reviews. You will not see a single negative review. They post only what they like. Don't believe what you read on their site. Its all fake and they are a scam!

I would put negative 5 stars if I could. Do NOT order from here. Completely false advertising. Ordered Easter egg. It’s the size of my thumb. Shows much bigger. Does not open either. Don’t know how they are in business at all. Should not be.

If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered Easter eggs that took 6 weeks to arrive and were completely misrepresented in the ads. The eggs are tiny and don't open. They aren't decorated nicely and you can't even see the names on them because the eggs are so tiny. I want a complete refund as these ugly things were not cheap!

People only reason why I give it two stars is that I did finally receive the product. Not only did it take nearly 2 months. The size and color are very deceptive. The color is not like pictured and the size is smaller than an actual ! Awful . I would not purchase again.

Why can’t I give them zero stars? This company is an absolute joke. I ordered the 10 inch personalized Easter eggs. They took two months to get here and they are literally an inch and a half big. You can’t even open them! I don’t know what this company is trying to prove with this but buyer beware! Don’t use this site.

ZERO! I placed my order the end of March and paid extra for rush shipping. I ordered 2 wooden Easter eggs with my great grandchildren’s name on them. The photos depicted them larger. Well after $56 and 4 weeks later they arrived! They are TINY, no bigger than an actual egg! This company is a total scam and should be investigated and shut down!!! Never again will I order anything from them again.

DISAPPOINTED

Unfortunately, was lead to believe the personalized Easter Egg would be delivered by Easter, but it did not arrive until a month later. Additionally, the photos and video portrayed the Egg as larger than it actually is. It is the size of an actual egg. Be careful to double check the actual product specifications as they don't always match the video depictions and double check where the product is being shipped from so you are not surprised by the shipping time frame.

The 1 mandatory Star is far too generous!
Completely disappointed in Artveraprint.com DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING!!!
3 days since contacting the email address from their response below & nothing back! Customer Service is of NO USE!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ARTVERAPRINT!
Just received my Easter Eggs! Over 3 weeks late!! Over 25 days in Transit (even with Air Frieght from China!)
WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!
Product is GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED in both the ads and the website! The Easter Eggs shown (advertised, small appeared to about 4 to 6 inches high and the larger one 8 -10 inches high! In reality small is about 1 1/2 inch high! Very disappointing and misleading). The ads show items that are so much larger and inline with the pricing!
Besides arriving extremely late and paying for "FAST SHIPPPING" What a joke! Customer Service offered a 30g discount refund for being a day or 2 late! HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND! No response from Customer Service since the offer of discount refund!

Product is Not What they advertise-

If there was a negative star I would give this- this product is advertised incorrectly- they show the eggs in front of small children but this is not what you get and this egg can fit in your palm - there is no way to put anything in them either! This egg is about the size of a piece of candy- like chocolate covered egg! Also I ordered with plenty of time and they arrived 4 weeks after Easter! I would NEVER buy from them again! For what I paid for these thimble eggs I feel ripped off! Don’t buy from them! They use false advertising of their product!

Artveraprint Deserves Negative Stars

Artveraprint deserves negative stars. This company is completely misleading and feels like a scam. I spent over $91 on four “eggs” for my grandchildren based on their AI-generated advertisement, which showed children playing with large, personalized eggs. In reality, the eggs are only about an inch long.

This goes beyond simple exaggeration—it’s blatant false advertising. Consumers should seriously consider holding companies like this accountable, potentially through legal action.

Do not order from this company, and do not trust their generic follow-up responses to negative reviews. Based on my experience and those of other reviewers, they appear dismissive of customer concerns.

I had the same experience as many others who left negative feedback. This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.

This totally stinks!!!

This totally stinks!!!! To begin with I waited over a month to receive it and when I did it is so small there is no way you can fill it at all, I only wish there was someway I could report this, I’am boiling mad and so disappointed, not to mention heart broken because it was going to be an Easter gift for my great great niece and this will probably be the last thing I will ever give her. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!’ It literally fits in my hand! I can assure you I will not be ordering anything from your company and everyone I know will hear about this.

I wasn’t happy with the product. The color was much darker. Hard to even see the name. I missed the dimensions when ordering. Much smaller than expected. Smaller than a chicken egg. Didn’t come until after Easter. But Charlotte from customer service gets 5 stars! I got a partial refund.

I’m writing a second review just to follow up with the unstoppable nonsense from this company. I went to their suggested “Olivia” account. It’s supposedly on Instagram. (I’m not joining or going any further down that rabbit hole.) “Giftshop” has a phone number with an extra digit. (Undialable) help@prime-reply takes you to every generic help desk imaginable. They want you to have an order number in hand, but there is no order number on the receipt…only a transaction ID # and an invoice ID #. Return address on the tiny delivery package is Tina Tina, 1310 Remington BLVD, Bolingbrook, IL 60490
The entire scam is loaded with ‘looks like you can contact us but you really can’t’ Information.

If I could give a -100, I would. I paid for for keepsake eggs that were supposed to be delivered before Easter. It is almost the end of April and my grandchildren still have not received their gift from me. When I contacted the company via email. I was assured they would receive the items. They still have not. They company is listed as being in Doral, FL, but it is shipping from China. This company is a crock of sugar, honey, ice tea! Didn't waste your money or your time!!!!!

This was my worst experience ordering from an on-line company. Their add was completely deceitful. I ordered the personalized Easter eggs. The add showed a child holding one filled with candy and a stuffed animal. After a month, I received these tiny eggs that were less than 2 inches tall, and could maybe fit one jellybean in it. They were expensive and ridiculous.
