Eggs WAY smaller than shown

I ordered 2 personalized Easter eggs 3 weeks before Easter. I didnt realize they came from China, so I understand it takes awhile but they were 21 days in transit, 10 of which were spent in a warehouse in Illinois. When they didcarrive they were about 1/10 the size the were shown in the ads. The ads showed 2-3 year olds holding these eggs in their laps pulling toys out if them. They are the size of cereal eggs. Beautifully painted but NOT what I thought I ordered. Would never buy from this company again due to their deceptive advertising and poor service.

Details Matter

I bought the Easter Egg for my granddaughter. There was no delivery estimate indicated; give yourself plenty of time (3-4 weeks) for delivery. Also check all of the specifications, the photos can be a bit misleading. My product finally arrived and customer service was responsive.

False advertising.

I ordered 2 personalized Easter eggs. The order got here very late. No response to an email asking about shipping. When they finally arrived, well after Easter, they were not as pictured. They’re a fraction of the size on the ads. Feels like I’ve been scammed!

This company is a scam!!

This company is a scam!!! Ordered item twice, never received . Only emails were lies and false hope. Do not , repeat , do not ever buy anything from this company. Would not refund, had to win dispute with my credit card . Now after this review, I’ve received an email saying there are sorry. Just send the item!!!!! Repeat , never buy from this scam company.

Atveraprint is a Scam!

I am placing a second review it has been weeks since Easter. My purchase is no longer warrant. I sent an email to them from their reply on my initial review. They did not respond to my request to cancel my order, instead they charge my card along with the fees for increase production and expedite shipping and I still do not have the product as of today.

I would like to say thank you to Trustpilot for your platform. I also would like to say thank you to Atveraprint and I will change my review to 3 stars for providing a refund.

Less than one star

If I could give less than one star - Not only did order(ordered 3/15/26) arrive a lot after Easter, arrived April 20 th, but the size of the object was 200% smaller than video showed. The egg is so small you can't make out the names. I would be embarrassed to have gifted to my grandchildren. Don't waste your money.

Painted Egg Size Mistepresented

Ordered a custom egg for Easter. Photo shows large egg in the hands of a toddler that is open and large enough for small gifts. Looks like maybe 6-8 inches tall. I received a poorly painted two inch egg that doesn’t open. Very poor quality and not as advertized.

Bought 2 personalized eggs in March. Nothing says anything about how long it is going to take. Just received an email and shipping is 10-15 days!! Ridiculous! I am definitely going to make sure all customers are aware of this. Buyer beware! I wish I knew that before.

Ordered Easter eggs for the grandkids…

Ordered Easter eggs for the grandkids the beginning of March. Thought that they would arrive in plenty of time for Easter. I have not received them yet. Can't track the order but I have contacted customer service several times. Get the same answer- it's on the way, it'll arrive soon via USPS
Update - received them today 4/25.
JUNK. Advertised as an egg you can fill. Actual egg is smaller than a real egg. Overall quality is very low, junk wood and blemishes in the paint.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. CHEAP CHINA TRASH!

If I could give you a zero I would. Ordered long before Easter ok didn’t receive but still haven’t received. I disputed the charge with my bank to have them try to find out if your company is a fraud. Also if your company is out of china you may need to let patrons know.

I ordered an Easter egg as well! I ordered it weeks before Easter on March 18th and paid for expedited shipping. It is now the middle of April, 10 days after Easter, and I have still not received the product. I too, got an email saying it is on its way, but the tracking system cannot find the product. And in fact the tracking system appears to be yet another of their scams.
