Item being delayed.

They were thoughtful enough to email me and let me know that the item I purchased would take longer than expected. I didn't want to wait that long so I asked for a refund and received it today. Thank you very much and I will try again someday to order something. Thank you again.

I placed an order for Easter delivery

I placed an order for Easter delivery, and it is still not here. I emailed them twice to cancel the order and have not recieved a reply or a credit. I then get an email that it is on it's way, however when I use the tracking number it has no information. Scam company or very unprofessional. I think good reviews are written by staff.

I ordered something for Easter a month…

I ordered something for Easter a month ago and still have not received it. I have added this company to my do not order list. They should have noted that it would take a month to receive. I will have to save until next year to give as a present. I hope it is worth it.

I finally received the egg I ordered for my grandchild. The picture advertised showed you could put candy in it; however, the egg I received was 2 1/2 inches and does not open to put 3 jellybeans inside. I will not buy anything from them again. Misleading advertisement.

Takes more than a month to get your order

The advertise all these products for Easter. I ordered in March. There’s absolutely no disclosure that it will take over a month to get the product you want. Nothing arrived for Easter. I’m still waiting. Communication is usually quick but vague I would not order again because I’ve been waiting a month and my order of one item still has not arrived shipped from China and just now got in the US.

Disappointed, I placed an order for a wooden monogram…

I placed an order for a wooden monogram easter egg and paid for expedite production AND delivery.It has been several weeks and I have not recieved my product. With no success I have not recieved a reply. Looking at the other reviews this is a trend. I should have did my research before purchasing.

Misleading

Ordered for Easter, nothing! Contacted the customer service, nothing. Tried again, nothing. If I had known that the company is in China I would have known it would be impossible to get here on time. No customer service and can’t tell you if the product is good because I have nothing!

I placed an order two weeks before…

I placed an order two weeks before Easter. Got a confirmation email and then... crickets. Long story short, this company is in China. It will take a very long time to actually make your order and then a long time to actually receive it as they are in CHINA! I did get a fast reply when I contacted them, but as they say, buyer beware.

Accomodating, Fast, Friendly Service

On March 19th, 2026, I placed an order for Easter items to send to my grandchildren. However, they did not arrive by March 30th, so I sent an email asking about the delivery situation. Sunny responded by the next day offering a discount if I continued with the order, which indicated they were not sent yet. Since I could not get them to my grandchildren in time for Easter, I declined the offer and asked to cancel the order and requested a refund. Sunny responded in a timely manner, offering apologies on behalf of the company and arranged for a full refund, which has already been applied. Consequently, Sunny's prompt and friendly service encourages me to make an effort to shop again at your company.

Absolutely no customer service

Absolutely no customer service. I ordered 3 eggs for Easter and have yet to receive shipping information and decided to request a full refund immediately because obviously they will not be received before Easter, therefore making the purchase moot. I have not received ANY response from the 4 emails I have directed to the customer service email address on their website. I have done a little research and I will be connecting with the proper authorities to alert of this company's potential fraud practices. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

If you purchase do so months in advance… still waiting

I ordered on March 17th. Hoping to receive our order for Easter. Upon notifying the company, their response was they will not ship for at least 5 more days and offered a 10% refund…

I have got to learn not to purchase off of social media or game ads. It never ends well.

In my wildest dreams, I never expected yet another disappointment. Receiving a week or two after Easter will not mean the same and now I need to find something as meaningful locally!

Very disappointed

If you order from this company give yourself a few months buffer

Rip off

The advertisement about a Easter egg that has a child's name is represented as being huge 6-8" by 5- 6" round and can be full of candy. The item is 21/2" by 13/4" To small to put candys in rip off.
