I used their service twice. Once for my family of 4 when we came back to UK from Serbia, for day 2,5 & 8 tests. We found no issues on this occasion.
However, my second experience was awful. I booked a day 2 test for my mum returning from Amber country and never received the result, despite us following all instructions correctly and posting it off. I followed up via email and via the complaint line and was told they were investigating and would come back to me with resolution; but still to this day, we have never been contacted or refunded or had a result to that test. Awful service!!
The kits are overpriced in my opinion; working in the industry, I know just how much we are all being ripped off.

Have used Anglia several times as I am a frequent traveller. Results always on time. Perfect.

The order process was a bit tricky for me because I’m not familiar with the British way of doing things. Nevertheless I was able to successfully place the order. They communicated throughout the process informing me when the order was processed, when it would be delivered and the delivery window. On the day of delivery they communicated, allowing me time to plan my day. Unfortunately my flight was delayed so I missed the delivery, however I left a message stating they could leave it in a certain section location and they did so. I would gladly use their service in the future and highly recommend their service.

Quick results, within 26-27hours after the tests taken on the site.

We opted for the on-site self swab service. Friendly staff, easy to use test pack and results came back quickly. Would definitely use again.

Anglia DNA worked very well for us. Everything in Norwich for fit2fly are very expensive and none reliable than drop off which Anglia DNA provide at a good price. Could alter the certificates on the phone with Customer services.

Absolutely perfect work , i was ordered some test , and it’s come on time , on second day I received the results. Plus is have a really good price . Now I’ve recommended for my family and friends.

Ordered a quarantine travel kit (Day 2 and Day 8).
Prices are insane. Moreover, I never received one of my test result, really disappointed.

Anglia DNA have provided me a fantastic service every time we have travelled to the UK. I would not hesitate to recommend their service. We used them for both day 2/8 and day 5 test to release and always had our results within the same day/next day. We also used them for fit to fly and had same day results, the team at Anglia DNA are also super helpful and easy to deal with. I used the norwich branch so direct to lab which we found much better

I bought an on site test to release which I cancelled (due to Covid rule changes) a week in advance (I had not used it for my passenger locator form). As it was an on site appointment no test had been sent out to me but Anglia DNA refused to do a refund. The person on the phone was very understanding and friendly but I still think that a refund would have been appropriate.

Excellent service. Easy and clear to book online. Fit to Fly test results arrived about four hours after I took it! Return home test also arrived with no problems. Very helpful phone staff too. Thank you.

I would happily use this company in the future. The tests arrived on time, as did the results. I was able to contact a member of staff who answered my queries without delay. No issues at all, hence the 5 stars.

My in-person and self administered COVID Day 2 PCR test was faultless; well priced, efficient and with helpful staff on the end of a phone and email to ask and assure. Well done AngliaDNA a shiny example of customer service!

Because of its convenient location (and as a 'recommended' provider on a Government website) we booked an on-site Day 2 PCR self-swab test. However, later research led us to the many negative reviews of this company. These comments were obviously concerning.

I am very pleased to say that the tests went without a hitch. Administrators on site instructed us clearly on what to do, took details and took the swab samples for analysis. We received the results a few hours later by confirmatory email and an attached pdf certification.

Therefore, our experience of this test site (Anglia DNA), was a very positive one and, in fairness to the company, wholly at odds with the negative tone of a large number of reviews.

We had booked two tests with Anglia DNA - Day 2 and Day 8 Amber. We went to the lab for supervised testing for the first one. The service was efficient and helpful and we received the results the same evening. We were also given home testing kits with clear instructions for the second test. We mailed the samples and received our results promptly. I would definitely recommend the services of Anglia DNA to friends and family.
