I used Anglia DNA for 2 fit to fly certificates for my sons who are unvaccinated. I ordered them after 2pm on the Tuesday so wasn’t expecting them until the Thursday, but to my surprise they arrived the next day.
I had to post them back the following Monday for a flight on Wednesday afternoon and I was a bit worried that we wouldn’t get the results in time. I emailed Monday night and called Tuesday morning and spoke to a lovely lady who said she had been forwarded my email. She checked the tests had arrived (which they had) and assured me I’d have the results by 10pm, and by 15:30hrs they were back. First class service and the cheapest I could find. Absolutely delighted.

We posted the samples on Saturday before 11h30 and got the results on Monday 13h30. Very pleased. Good service.

No issues at all. Ordered a PCR kit. Good instructions. Easy to register online. Arrived back with them next day and got the result the same day. Spoke to them twice on the phone to ask questions and they answered quickly and were helpful each time.

Fit2Fly Covid same day service,
I had the test as above , I was booked in for Saturday morning at 10-30 am and i arrived early at 9.00 am!
I was greeted by a most delightful Lady whom directed me through the whole process as I was not at all familiar with any of it.
I filled out the activation thing while i was at the test site on my own device,
So around 5pm i started to worry as I had not received my result yet, I was frantically checking the email every 5 mins :)
It came to 10pm and I had been reading the Reviews here and saw quite a few that scared me, My flight is today and if i had not received my result I would have had to forefit my trip, very costly indeed!

Anyway slightly after 10pm I received my result and paper needed to travel!
I can only highly recommend the company, they do what they say they will do and I only found them most helpful and polite,, a pleasure to do deal with,
Swift response's to my questions via email/chat,
I would certainly use them again without a doubt.

I cannot thank Julie at anglia Dna enough for how she has helped me navigate Covid and fit to fly testing over the past few weeks. From moving my appointments with zero hassle, no questions and simply solving the problem Julie was amazing. We then managed to test and got our fit to fly certs, however there was one detail missing and it meant we couldn’t fly, it meant my daughter would not of got back to school and I would not of got back to work. I emailed Julie and asked if she could help. Julie came back to me as soon as she got into the office, managed to resolve my issue and we have managed to check in. Julie is a superstar with customer service at the front of her mind and I simply cannot thank her enough. Using a service like anglia Dna stands out from using a National company because of things like this.

Dismal experience with this company. Paid for 4 x pcr day 2 tests for release after a holiday. We followed instructions, activated kits and I hand delivered them to their office in Norfolk. Their website states that 90% of results come back within 24hours. Well its now day 7 and no results.
Their covid phone line is unmanned so don't bother calling this.
I emailed asking for a refund and was told that they would get back to me within TWO WEEKS!
So, please do not make the mistake of using this unprofessional, unresponsive and totally inadequate company.
Message to Anglia DNA; STOP responding with cut and paste replies to contact you via Facebook messenger. Just refund my money!

I was required to take a day 2 test due to travelling abroad at Christmas. My test arrived late so was unable to perform this on day 2 and had to be completed on day 3 due to guidance stating that the test was required to be returned before 12 that day. 7 days later I am still awaiting my results. I have called the customer service line and been informed that this is a Royal Mail issue. I am an NHS nurse and been unable to return to work due to this poor and unreliable service. I ordered 5 tests that day for my family. I will not be a returning customer and would definitely not recommend this service.

My brother come to me on Christmas 🎄 for one week. He had a ticket to fly back so he didn’t have time .I order the PCR testing for second day to avoid the carantinne.Because I was thinking to show the beautiful London places to my brother. The test pack was come very quickly.But the result I don’t have it until now(( I write to the company a lot of messages and no one Response.We spend time just home and I was need to order another PCR test,I spend double money on this testing because the company it is not serious 🧐 ((

I had to travel to Dubai over Xmas and, because of the flight dates, I was forced to pay £100 per PCR test with a Cambridge firm for a Sunday test. I then paid £25 per test for Lateral Flow tests with a different company for my return to the UK - tests which the Govt subsequently changed to PCR tests. Imagine my delight to discover Anglia DNA undertook PCR tests for a fraction of this cost! Further, one can save even more money by booking and collecting the tests in person AND one can return the completed tests by hand and obviate Postal Delays! Both Rebecca and Amanda whom I dealt with during my transactions were cheerful, very professional and extremely helpful. Well Done Anglia DNA

This company is a complete waste of space. Deliver late, do not give results. They never answer phone or emails.

It took too long for my day 2 Covid report like ages,I had to be on unpaid leave and was desolated in the festive days..not very happy.

I booked 4 Day 2 Test kits for myself ,my husband & my 2 sons !
Due to Covid regulations my sons were declined boarding authorisation at Austria Air Check in at Manchester on Sunday 19th Dec. We made the difficult decision that my husband would fly out to visit his family alone & myself & my sons would return home for Christmas. I emailed Monday 20th requesting a refund for the 3 test kits we no longer required bearing in mind they aren’t due to be despatched till 3rd January!
They aren’t willing to refund! Just another example of companies taking advantage of customers at an already difficult & frustrating time !

Did a click and collect Day 2 at Norwich. Dropped the test back, but it was a bit hard to find the correct location. The result came through quickly and for the price was very impressive. The staff we had dealings with were helpful on the phone or in person.

We used Anglia DNA Norwich for pre-travel PCR tests & day 2 lateral flow. The whole procedure was very easy with helpful staff on hand to guide you through the process. Received results promptly. Very pleased with service and would recommend.
