efficient service and when I asked for the result earlier than originally requested they responded positively

I elected to drive to Anglian DNA to take and hand in my samples. The support I had was excellent and I was so pleased that I chose them after I heard about other people’s experiences with other companies. When I next travel to Spain in October I will use Anglian DNA again without hesitation if the same rules are in force on my return.

Online order process is OK, test was delivered on time, packaging and instructions were good. Did not receive my result by email.

Very poor response to questions regards the reference number not working vs a vs other return forms despite trying what Anglian suggested .
Had to use another supplier due to this and Anglia have refused to reimburse .
All round poor customer service and response very lacking and slow .

We were fortunate to be able to book one of the very competitively priced day two covid pcr tests at £23 each. Had to drive to their laboratories north of Norwich, a ¾ of an hour drive. Nevertheless the process was efficient and seamless. Results emailed in a few hours. Perfect service.

Testing time was good, was informed during processing of samples and results received in excellent time. Service was top class.

If only you could put 0 stars.... ordered day 2 test 4 days in advance of needing it to the address I'd be in the UK... didn't show up until 3 weeks after I'd left the country. The company were impossible to reach at the weekend (when it became clear that it wouldn't be there on time). Rang once back home and was told not their responsibility, I had to ring the delivery company - which I did. They said not their responsibility as I was a client of Anglia DNA (Fully agree - I paid them for a service they didn't deliver). Spent a long time on the phone trying to chase a refund. They passed me from one to another and promised to get back via email or call... nothing every happend. DO NOT USE

First result came through ok, still waiting for my second result a few months later. It was the postal swab so maybe better when you go to one of their sites but avoid if using Royal Mail

Was near enough to take the tests at their lab in Norfolk. Good service and quick results (10 hrs).

My family and I used Anglia DNA for several tests and overall was good. Bit slow at Colitishall and the country we were travelling to was not on the list or in drop down box which we raised and was not resolved 4 weeks later which meant the certificate had incorrect place of travel. The day 2 was booked on phone as problem with website and also had to complete the info at home as QR code wasn't working. Got results in good time and staff very helpful on the telephone. Coltishall was very convenient and staff pleasant although very slow.

I bought 2 & 8 Day Tests, collected them at drive through from local clinic and returned one of them after testing myself there. Everything was fine. I received the result same day’s evening.

Excellent service - and they answer the phone when you call and you speak to a really helpful person - not a series of FAQ’s which leave you none the wiser. Better value than many. I would defo use again.

I have used this company twice and customer service has been excellent both times. The tests arrived speedily and were processed within the time frame offered. I would recommend.

Initial contact good, however upon attendance staff appeared untrained and incompetent.

Over priced...was not offered a cheaper product..it all appears to be "about money".

I arrived at the test centre car park and called the number as instructed in the email I received after making the appointment. The lady who answered asked me to wait in the car park and told me that she would come and find me "in a minute" I waited half an hour. I then called again. There was much confusion on her part. She couldn't seem to handle the fact that I had arrived on a motorcycle.
Her instructions to carry out the test were garbled and incoherent. She was in a hurry and she left me to carry out the test myself. By the time it was all over I had been at the site an hour.
Compare this to a similar test that I had in France a couple of days before, where the test was carried out by staff at a village pharmacy, they gave me the result five minutes later and issued me with the necessary document and it only cost €25.

I booked a Day 2 test. A very clean website, very intuitive, good prices compared to others and a nice service.
