I purchased the Test to Release package and never received the 5th or 8th day results. This is an expensive package and I expected more.

Even if I still find it very expensive (every provider) even more for a test that you have to do yourself, I can say that customer service was good and results were very quick. I will recommend this provider for a PCR test

A necessary evil, and I dont blame these guys making hay while the sun shines. However charging so much for what I could have done at home for free is a bit rich. Did the job but have a bit of social responsibility and lower your prices.

Day 2 covid tests - efficient, on time, easy to follow and reasonably priced

We booked a day 2 self administered test on site. It couldn’t have been any easier, and the people sorting everything out couldn’t have been any nicer. We took the test at 11am in the morning, had the results by 11pm in the same day.
The price was competitive, and not having to post the tests was a real plus.
We will definitely use this company again.

I ordered the day 2 test and was the delivery was very fast. I got the results in 2 days which was fine.
Happy with the service and I would recommend it.

This was a disaster. Paid for day 5 early release but never received my results. Called them so many times, but was always pushed to another extension.

Never make the mistake of using them again

Absolutely useless. Even refused to refund my day 5 money 😡😡

Did what it said on the tin efficiently and effectively. You get what you pay for, but still over priced like all PCR holiday testing. A National pricing and standards monitoring would weed out the cowboys and provide assurance to the consumers

Day 8 tests were not sent out on time. 3 months later I am still awaiting my day 8 test results.

Trustworthy and helpful staff, but I found the whole process less straightforward than the other testing company we used for our outbound travel, including the instructions for posting labelling and sending off our tests. (Anglia DNA were cheaper for Day 2 tests so we switched.) I would use again if the price was still competitive.

I was overall very satisfied. The order, delivery and postage was very customer friendly. I was contacted and guided through every step and it made the experience much less stressful. I had some trouble finding the instructions for taking the test, which I needed because they are different than in my country, but it all worked out perfectly in the end! The results came quickly and there was no trouble! Definitely would recommend and will definitely choose again on my next trip!

Excellent service and quick turn around times.

We had a self swab PCR second day on site. We live in Norwich and the service was close to drive. Only minor is that they are based in a former RAF installation but they were very prompt and helpful. Results same day. Would recommend it again.
