Ordered from this company on the 19thApril and have never received these shoes. Total scam This was bought with money I received for my birthday and I am so disappointed with this.Total SCAMMERS. I noticed on Facebook another advert for a Marie Dresses and they are selling same goods as Anastasia lots of scammers are doing this advertising same goods but with different names. I think Facebook should be more responsible about who they are allowing to advertise on their site as lots of people are being scammed. This is the second time I have now been scammed by companies advertising on Facebook. Beware everyone

I ordered Elsa shoes from this company on 15th April they have just been delivered and not the colour I ordered The quality of the shoes is very poor quite plastic nothing like the description on their site Not worth £30 I read reviews which seemed the shoes were very good but seems I have been duped like many others This company should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook AVOID

I bought slippers, honestly was my worst purchase I have ever done... quality and the smell absolutely shocking... and they charged me £30.00. And like everyone else wait them nearly for two month... not happy...

I ordered the Elsa shoes from Anastasia London, which was advertised through Facebook. What a huge mistake. The shoes arrived a month after ordering, which after doing some research wasn't exactly a surprise. However, what was more shocking was the abysmal quality of the shoes. Apart from the vile chemical smell, upon looking more closely at the structure of the shoe, I doubt they would be safe to walk on.
I feel such a fool being taken in by the advert on Facebook with their fake photos and reviews. DO NOT BUY.

Bought from this site avoid like plaque took €35.00 from my account and over a month later no shoes appalling customer service and their based in France France disgusting robbing people

I was waiting for the shoes a month and received today too small shoes marked 38 but in real 36 or less. And these are originally from China. Very dissatisfied, I've just sent it back to the return address and paid the postage too as no option to get their return label on the website.

Well after reading these reviews I must admit I panicked because my order did not arrive ordered April17th 2020 I got in touch with my bank who said they would deal with it. Today my shoes arrived and I must say although they took a month to arrive they were worth the wait so light and comfortable Needless to say I have informed my bank so the payment will be made.I must say it would have helped if I had been told the purchase would take a month to be delivered

Avoid like the plague, ordered shoes for the wife on 13th April, one month on not received, every time I email them I get the exact same response (below). Have now taken up a dispute with my bank, hopefully they can get my money back! They are also based in FRANCE NOT LONDON, would never have ordered if I'd of known.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered back in February, tracking doesn't work and no response to my emails. Will never order anything from them again.

Nothing different to anyone else really paid £30 for shoes 3 weeks ago. Initially had a txt with a tracking number. Have sent two emails chasing up order .... no reply.
Agree with others it’s an immoral that FB are allowing them to advertise on their site 🥺

Ordered my mum the shoes she wanted and they confirmed shoes dispatched 17th April due to the Coronavirus we gave them the benefit of the doubt when I couldn’t get tracking number to work kept saying bad number. It’s now the 8th May no shoes. Please people do not buy from this company I sent an email to a company it looked French address. Have not had a single reply.

SCAM. Money taken. Shoes didn’t arrive. Never thought Facebook would allow such companies to advertise with them. Will check next time!

Most definitely a SCAM..... it has now been nearly 3 weeks and no sign of the shoes. Facebook should not allow them to advertise. Once bitten, never again. Cannot even get in touch with them, but would they be interested anyway.. NO! All avoid them.

total scam just like all the rest. Paid for goods never received. Fake tracking number and an e mail in French when I complained

The same as other reviews, I paid for shoes and received a non existent tracking number. Emailed them but no response. I don't usually buy via Facebook where these shoes were advertised. Won't do it again. Didn't think to read reviews first. I wish I had.

Bought shoes from this company and have not received any shipping information after sending numerous emails. Money was taken out with NO sign of the goods.
IT'S A TOTAL SCAM SO STAY AWAY...

Like many others on here I wish I'd read the reviews before buying. I too ordered shoes on 17th April and received a fake tracking number. Emailed them yesterday only to receive the French email in return. I'm going to look in to reporting them to watchdog or something similar
I have now reported them to BBC Watchdog and also reported to Facebook that they are a fake company. Please do the same so that something further might be done

Not a good firm ordered 4 weeks ago still waiting no response from them as I have emailed them a couple of times tgey said they were sent out this was 4 weeks ago I've received stuff from firms what I have ordered on line pretty quick please don't order from them

Ordered trainers on 8/6 - tried to email. No response. No delivery.
