Full of lies, and the most pathetic generic email about how their technical team understands and will get back to you shortly and thanks for your patience. What alias of crap. There is no tech team . Warn your friends. it's about time they met their match.

If I could give this company a minus 5 * then I would.
The company is an absolute disgrace, taking hard earned money from people and not supplying goods.
I do hope that “what goes around comes around” and their business fails miserably.

I also was scammed for £30 for a pair of shoes back in March - I still keep sending them messages and each time a different answer promising the shoes soon - another flippin Chinese scam gang and Facebook should vet these people before an ad is accepted - there are reviews like this every where and it cannot be beyond this huge organisation to do some checks, or do they not care

SCAM - ordered shoes in April never received. Was promised delivery when I chased months ago but still never received. Every email I get just says we understand and will try our best to satisfy you. Reporting to European trading standards. Don’t ever buy from this company!!!

Again ignore the 1 star, absolutely shocking. Review before you buy, this company needs reporting, not sure how but will do. I paid for shoes back in april, never received, have sent over 250 emails, continually and never had a personal reply back. They are fraudsters.STAY AWAY SCAMMERS. Trust pilot you need to be able to not put a star in at the start as they are scammers

Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe il 13 aprile e non le ho mai ricevute, ovviamente non ho riavuto nemmeno i miei soldi, nonostante le numerose mail di sollecito.
Spero solo che finiscano in galera.

I dont rate this company.I ordered shoes in April and have still not received them.I have emailed them loads of times to only get an odd reply telling me it is due to covid which i don't believe as ive ordered off other sites and there has being no problem.

A 12 ABRIL, encomendei e paguei um par de sapatilhas e ate hoje nada....fartei-me de enviar mails uma vez respondiam em ingles outras vezes em frances que iam verificar, mas até hoje nada... sem dinheiro e sem sapatilhas, nao deviam permitir gente desta a roubar o dinheiro as pessoas, poem calçado apelativo e depois roubam o dinheiro as pessoas, cambada de ladroes

I ordered a pair of trainers in April my money was taken but still no o sign of my trainers.complete scam why are they allowed to get away with this.

I ordered shoes from this company in April, the never arrived, I have sent many emails, but have not been refunded, I would not recomend this company, and an only sorry I didn't look at their reviews before I ordered

Looks like I am in the same boat as all of the other people who have written a review on this company. I placed an order back in April 2020 and after numerous attempts at trying to make contact with the same reply that they will ask management and get back to me, I have now given up. What a scam. Shame as I really liked the white lace trainer looking shoes I tried to order.

Never buy from this place, ordered in april no trainers, took my money quick enough, after lot's and lots of emails still nothing, they do reply sometimes in French saying they need to ask management before doing anything, definitely a scam, shame on Facebook

I ordered a pair of shows on the 17th April 2020 and still no goods!!!! they have taken my money but no shoes - They reply to my enquiries but still no goods. I guess this is a SCAM.

AVOID. Ordered a pair of shoes in April and money taken immediately. Sept 26th and still no shoes. Sent so many e mails and all I get is “Our technical department is waiting to satisfy you”

Shocking company. Ordered a pair of shoes early April- now near the end of September and still no delivery!!! Shame on Facebook for allowing this so called company to advertise on there!!!

This is a shop NOBODY should buy from.I ordered and paid for shoes in March and up to day after several!!!mails asked to get my money back since i never received my shoes.I hope noone order from here.They are a spam shop so be aware!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a scam company. Ordered a pair of shoes in April from them. Despite chasing them by email and getting various promises, my order has never arrived. Avoid them at all costs.
