Anastasia London 

I ordered 2prs sandals on 15th April and 17th April.
I’ve written on 4 occasions and received emails (in poor English) telling me these are on the way.
Now May22 and no sandles.
Tried phoning, number unobtainable.
Beginning to suspect a scam.
Don’t use this company.

I would advise people to avoid this company. Ordered trainers look nothing like the picture. Bad quality! DO NOT BUY!

Now they have blocked me. Unable to contact them.

I’ve had the same issues as many of the others. Credit card company now involved. Shoes did finally arrive after over a month but they sent the wrong size and they were very poor quality! Parcel arrived with no invoice or returns information. I have tried to contact them to arrange a return but no joy. My credit card has since been used fraudulently. I have NO PROOF that the two incidents are connected but I have my suspicions as this is the only non “high street” purchase I have made. Please do not buy, the product isn’t worth it and it’s not worth the risk. WASTE OF MONEY.

I ordered a pair of trainers months ago! After i bought them i had an email saying they had been dispatched. Still havent received them to this day. I have sent so many emails asking about my order. I had one reply of them saying 'this is will looked into' still nothing. I have demanded a refund many times. Absolutely awful! Never buying anything from this site again! DONT DO IT!!

I ordered and paid for shoes on Apr26, nothing received yet, 3 weeks on. I wished I had seen these other poor reviews and what looks like I may never receive my shoes. I have tried emailing Anastasia London twice and receive replies in French. If my goods are not received within a week, I will be reporting the Company to the Fraud Office and Facebook to discontinue advertising.

I purchased a pair of trainers with the view to buying more if ok. I also purchased as I foolishly thought Anastasia London were based in London, it's not. The trainers took a long time to arrive, even with the current pandemic and postal situation. No correspondence from the business other than a response to mine asking when the order would arrive. Acknowledgement was in French but the actual reply was in English. This basically said just wait. Communication would have made all the difference. The trainers were very nice and light in weight, ideal for summer but the size was very much on the small side I ordered a 6.5 but can wear a 6 however these were more like a very small 6. Due to hassle/delay in receiving I have decided to right off as an expensive lesson learned rather than attempt a refund or exchange. I have passed trainers onto another family member who I hope they'll fit but wont be ordering any more. As a company I would not recommend to buy from, although I did receive the item eventually.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AVOID!!
I ordered some shoe's months ago and they never turned up!
I sent so many emails and all I got was automated replys I never got any further.
I have reported this company to trading standards.
I have also complained to Facebook because this is where I saw them i dont think they should be advertising this company anymore.

I had exactly the same experience as other people with this company. Paid my money and did not receive the trainers I ordered. However, I decided to ask my credit card company for a charge-back, which the fraud department were dealing with. I also contacted the citizens advice bureau as I felt it was dreadful that a company were allowed to trade in this way and was advised to contact the French (euro) equivalent, and the police. I decided that before I took this action I would again contact Anastasia-London via the form on their website, telling them what I was planning to do. I had a message back saying that someone would be dealing with this matter within 48 hrs. Miraculously, my trainers were delivered to me 3 days later, so my advice to you all is DON’T LET THIS DROP.....DON’T GIVE UP!

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering.....I can relate to all the comments so am not expecting a delivery despite messaging regarding expected shoes.

I ordered some shoes at beginning of April and have still not received them. My money has been taken though.
I have e mailed them and get a message in French and then a few days later a totally nonsensical reply from them.
I wish I had not been drawn in and feel that, when they come, they will be very cheap looking.
I am going to contact my credit card company. Not hopeful though.

bought a pair of shoes in April they arrived in may too small and poor quality .I have asked for refund and to return them but they do not answer next step trading standards and card issuer NEVER BUY OF THESE

Ordered shoes 15thApril After several attempts at contacting this company and no satisfaction after three weeks reported them to my credit card provider YEAH!!!! shoes arrived 16th May VERY POOR QUALITY and a size smaller than requested but as mules are passable Not worth more than ,being generous ,£9.99 Paid £30 and that was supposedly half price Not on your life Hope this company is soon investigated and forced out of business So wish I had read the reviews beforehand NEVER DEAL WITH THEM

Made a purchase for shoes 17 April.Not received to date.Replies I have had mainly in French gives no indication for delivery.Tracking number not recognised.overall a load of crap

Absolute Scam. Do not use this terrible company. I waited two months for a pair of shoes. All tracking was a scam and non existent, emails returned with unknown address. Finally the shoes arrived and they are frightful; they are cheap looking, plastic and don't fit. What's more there is no return address to return them. My estimated value is maybe £4.99 and that is being generous, not the £30 pounds that I paid. STAY CLEAR FROM ANASTASIA!

If I could give them a zero I would!
Do not buy anything from this company. Appalling delivery and customer service and I haven't received my order which makes me think they're a scam. I wish I'd seen these reviews before going ahead with the purchase as the month long delivery time wasn't clearly stated and I have not been able to track the order. I've reported their ad to facebook and I intend to follow them up. The reviews attached to their website are all 5 stars which is clearly either a lie or a filtering of reviews.

I ordered shoes of this website and after numerous emails in french I managed to message them only to find that they've blocked me do not buy from this company not only do they keep your money but the emails in french are the same email have taken it to trading standards

Still waiting for my order of 18 April

I wish I had read all of the bad reviews before using them! They are called Anastasia London but the e-mail replies (which are templates) come in very poor English. The shoes took over a month to arrive, and then were of poor quality and did not fit right. I paid £30 not just £10 which perhaps could have been justified. I will also go to my credit card company as requests to return for a refund just generate a template e-mail. The advertised address for refunds gets returned with no such address. Never again will I buy via Facebook!

Absolute scam. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, nearly 2 months since shoes were ordered. Get the same auto reply and the e-mail address just looks like a scammers email. Reported it to the credit card company fraud helpline, hopefully they will close the site down.

I don't believe it after me writing a bad review my shoes turned up and they are
bloody gorgeous I can't believe it.They are nicer than the advertisement so don't give up. I posted the email for you to write to but it wont allow it on this page.
